Tips For High Erection jelqing

Been doing PE for about 2 months now with no real results. I wear phallosen forte extender + 80% jelq ( 5 minutes ) 3 to 4 times a week.. And then after the jelqs I do 4 quick sets of manual stretches, that’s it. So basically following a light newbie routine along with extender .

Any tips on what I can change to see Gains?

I would have recommended not using the extender off the start.

If you’ve been doing two months so far, I’d recommend doing wet jelqs and up the time you’re doing it work upto 15 mins for now. Make sure to use heat before and after your routine. Also I’d recommend doing the manual stretches before doing the jelqing - there has been correlation this could help gains.

You should be able to do:

5-10 min warm

10 min manual lig stretching (left, right, up, down, out)

15 min wet jelqs (70-90%)

5-10 min warm

From there you could also heat up randomly at other intervals of the day if you can - I do personally 3 times a day (3x10min) on PE days. You could also try to encorporate edging into your routine, maybe before bed.

Current: Feb. 2018 - FL: 4.75", FG: 4.625", BPEL: 7.375", EL: 6.8125", MSEG: 5.25"

Short term: NBPEL: 7"x5.25" - Ideal: NBPEL: 7.5"x5.5" - Dream: NBPEL:8"x6"

If you want to use the forte, I don’t have experience with it personally but I will be incorporating it into my routine in a few months likely.

When you use your extender are you using it for long periods of time and 5 days a week or so with light to moderate tension?

6-8 hrs a day, 5 days a week or so is probably what you’d want to be doing or work upto to see results. Also try to be in the yellow zone (I believe 1.5kg tension force).

This is based on some research I’ve done on the device but I have no experience with it personally.

What correlation has there been stretching before jelqing rather than before? And I wear my extender before jelqing so wouldn’t that be considered stretching first also

If you don’t feel worked after your exercise you might need to increase intensity and/or frequency.

Isn’t high erection jelqing the best type of jelqing for girth? I’ve read that 10000 times on here. Do you mean erect jelqing because that’s when you don’t get any expansion. I get my best expansion at at least 75% EQ but no more than 95% EQ,

I wear mine as much as possible . Lately 8-10 hours.. I think you should wear it on red because the PF doesent generate much tension. The idea low tension over long periods of time is a myth. You need real tension. And besides stretching the penis along side the hip is a bad idea, it works but is a bad idea. Because the friction of your body along the device will interfere with accurate tension. To compensate this you need more tension, so just another reason to wear it on red to ensure ur actually even getting a stretch.
