I would have recommended not using the extender off the start.
If you’ve been doing two months so far, I’d recommend doing wet jelqs and up the time you’re doing it work upto 15 mins for now. Make sure to use heat before and after your routine. Also I’d recommend doing the manual stretches before doing the jelqing - there has been correlation this could help gains.
You should be able to do:
5-10 min warm
10 min manual lig stretching (left, right, up, down, out)
15 min wet jelqs (70-90%)
5-10 min warm
From there you could also heat up randomly at other intervals of the day if you can - I do personally 3 times a day (3x10min) on PE days. You could also try to encorporate edging into your routine, maybe before bed.
