Don know if this will be helpful but I had an experience with a shrinking penis about 7 years ago. In my case it was brought about increasing age and related EQ issues. I had shrunk from 6 1/4" down to about 4 1/2" from memory. I started doing a few simple stretches in the shower without knowing what I was doing and stopped the decline. After that I bought an extender and discovered Thunders and got my length back and more to about 6 3/4" mainly using an extender. As well as the regained length I found the extending also improved my EQ.

My next move was to start pumping mainly to improve EQ which it did in spades. I then moved to dynamic pumping and now use a combination of a Mr Fantastic air pump and a water pump. Apart from further gains in EQ this gave me an increase in girth from 5" to 5 1/2" MSEg and I believe I am still growing girth wise but have had no further length gains.

I am uncut and like you found it difficult to do manual stretches. I found the extender approach easier once I went down the DIY velcro strap modification to get away from the dreaded noose pain you often get with extenders. This is the sort of extender I have been using Miracle Slider Penis Extender 10 Inches for sale online | eBay but with the DIY velcro strap. You can find links to that by searching on Thunders.

I now find my penis is easier to stretch after a pumping session and do a two hand fulcrum stretch in 4 directions. Find it complements the pumping and helps to remove any extra fluid in my foreskin at the same time.

Fulcrum stretch follow up

Thought I would do a follow up to explain what I meant by a fulcrum stretcn

I got the idea from Wantsmore who used golf weights to do fulcrum stretches - Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I’ve EVER done.

I found I could do something similar using my other hand. Checked up the stretch videos in the FAQ and the closest to what I do is called an "inverted V stretch". However like Wantsmore using the golf weights I do the stretches at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock positions. I swap hands for the last 2.

For the sake of not making a super long post, I’ll keep it pretty short. I want to thank everyone posted since my last time here for being so welcoming and for all help and encouragement. I’d also like to apologize for not responding for a while. I figured since I hadn’t been able to really make progress and since my situation hasn’t changed much. I would like to try applying the newer advice given when I get a chance. Thank you again.

Oh wow. Hello! It’s nice to know I’m not alone. Thank you for wishing me well too. Would you be interested in exchanging contact info or something? I’m interested in the results you get, and I’d also like to share mine if I notice progress, even if it’s just from continuing to stay off the hormone therapy for a while.

Regardless of whether this is true or not, it seems to be too late for me. I’ve already lost what I had and it doesn’t seem to be coming back at all. In the event that I can actually successfully do PE and it does actually end up giving me gains, I feel like whatever I get won’t really be getting back what I lost, but just adding size to my diminished penis, and that if I had never gone on the hormones, I could’ve had what I was before but with the extra size from the PE on top of it. This has been another painful thought for me. I’ve really been wishing I never took the hormones and that I just made myself more feminine through other safer means that would’ve have had the impact they did on my genitalia.

Kinda embarrassed about my post and having such a negative outlook. I feel like it’s a discredit to the people here who’ve been helping me and believing in me. Sorry about it.

I would like to give you a good answer to that, but I will give you an advice that may give you a better perspective on your depression and a better positive thinking, go watch some Jordan Peterson’s videos on depression and how to deal with it. It may take a while, but if you do apply what he says, oh boy your day production and brain will improve a lot.

It is not about your hormone intake in the past, it is about now, I know it is hard to stop thinking about the past, but once you start moving things up, changing a little bit day after day you will see yourself like you never imagined before. It is working for me.

Only because of this essential information? Yes!

He’s a rightwing thought leader who pushes “traditional” gender norms. “Traditional” gender norms have no place for trans people. As a result, the right wing is currently pushing discriminatory laws against trans people.

Can you not see how this might not be the right life coach for a trans person?
