Two days on two days off

Two days on two days off

At the moment I am stretching and jelqing for 20 mins each a day for 2 days then have a two day brake. I was just wondering if having a 2 day brake will effect my gain. The reason I have a 2 day break is because it keeps it from getting boring and I find it easy-er to keep the motivation.

I don’t think that you will loose any gains, but you should schedule a 5 day on and 2 days off. What I did was set up a routine, my routine was like this. First week- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Second week- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and so on. Think of something to watch on the TV or watch porn videos

Start Stats: BPEL: 5.250”, EG: 4.00”

Current stats as of February 1, 2006
BPEL: 7.375”, EG: 5.750”

Short time goal by September 21, 2006
BPEL: 8.00”, EL: 6.00”

It will not affect your gains but 2 on 2 off could limit possible gains due lack of PE time. Start doing your routine 5/2 or 6/1 and you will gain more and cut down PE time on the long run.

Just do a routine, and settle on it. Once you start gaining, stick to it.

I dont buy into this “you must do 5on2off” or “you’ll gain more doing 6on1off” etc etc.

I made all my gains ( 0.75” x 0.25” ) by PEing once or twice a week.

The point is, everyone is different. You need to find your “sweet spot”.

It WAS (this was March-August last year, I’ve been off PE since August, up until yesterday) due to laziness, originally, I just couldnt be bothered if I’m being honest. Yet I was gaining, so I carried on with this low input PE, and continued to gain. Then when I didnt gain for a month, I pretty much stopped PE, as it was around this time I switched to working nightshifts, and not sleeping for days on end (zombie-like days ensued)

The main reason for me doing 2 days and 2days off was because of laziness. I’m starting to get into it now and I am planning to do 5 days a week like you all said. If found the best way for me is to do something else as I’m doing the exercise. For example I have spend 30 mins brushing my teeth twice a day, so as I’m brushing my teeth I do my stretches as well which takes away most of the boredom as I have to do my teeth so I mosa well do my stretches at the same time

30 mins brushing your teeth, twice a day, is BAD for your teeth, you do know that right? That much brushing can make your teeth lose their enamel….

I was thinking that too. IMO: Less teeth brushing, less PE, mar. You only just started. (PE’ing, that is)

LoL. I only brush my teeth that long because I’m wearing braces and I have to use very small brushes

lol If you could, PE as much as possible, it WILL produce the most gain, as long as your not overworking yourself. that said, lazyness should not stop you, just make more time for yourself.

I kind of agree with slack. Less is more. You need to let your penis recover.

My theory is:

maximum intensity in the minimum amount of time (clamping) increases girth best.
maximum amount of time at mimimum intensity (stretching) increases length best.

Obviously there are limits to the maximum and minimum. There’s no point clamping with too much intensity or you’ll injure yourself. Conversely, there’s no point stretching with too little intensity or you’ll see no gains. You need to find the highest intensity clamping you can stand without injury and the lowest intensity stretch that will give you gains (time permiting). I’d do 2 clamping sessions a week (at most). Do stretching whenever you have the time. It is my firm belief that this is the holy grail of PE. :-) I’m currently testing this theory. I’ll let you all know the results in a few months.
