I don’t think that you will loose any gains, but you should schedule a 5 day on and 2 days off. What I did was set up a routine, my routine was like this. First week- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Second week- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and so on. Think of something to watch on the TV or watch porn videos
