Vitamin E usage for Ligament elasticity gains
Anyone found any threads about this topic I am about to describe? ( I haven’t)
Vitamin E at just under Toxic levels has makes ligaments very stretchy I first heard of this on the radio program Love line where Drew talked about PE, and he states that use of vitamin E 800 IU daily would make the Ligaments elastic to the point that when hanging was done the ligament would stretch far beyond what they normally could.
After this I dabbled in Vitamin E (over dosage) was not involved in the forums or even reading about them to do things right I used a soft bathrobe belt as a noose style hanger in an upward position over a closet hanger, I did go from 6 1/4 to about 7, In a very short amount of time with nowhere near as much as current effort,
I tried this approach when I thought I’d get back into it a couple years back, had chest pains and eczema I backed off from this approach,
I am currently PE’ing to quit excessive masturbation, and I am a slow gainer from what I see as as far as erect length gains. Thank you for any input or searching with me for information on this subject matter
