Want to get back in to PE, but slower
I had a really bad experience several weeks ago. I started doing PE again (it’s a hard thing to keep up with) but it DESTROYED my EQ. I could get a half assed erection, but I couldn’t even maintain it. My GF thought I was unattracted to her. It was a disaster to say the least. I want to get back in to it but I want to take it SLOWLY. What modifications to the newbie routine can I do to make sure my EQ stays high but also something that could give me slow gains (I will pump the intensity up over time).
My starting stats are 5.5 inches BPEL and 5.5 inches girth (I know, fucked up lol). I am pretty sure my girth is correct…. I measured the diameter of a toilet roll… it was 1.75 inches. Using some math, I calculated a circumference of 5.5 inches… I only got a third of my dick in. I clearly need some length gains!
