What is LOT?

I’ve checked instructions, newbie forum posts, tutorials, searches, etc. and I can’t foudn out with the term “LOT” means. i know what BP and all that stuff is, but what about LOT? Thanks.

Tugback is where, when you kegel, your glans shows a visual pull towards your body. To find your LOT, grab your penis by the glans (head), start from the 12:00 position and kegel. Move your way down the clock increments until you experience no tugback.

Alanon, you test for your LOT while flaccid. You are trying to find the point at which the ligaments are taking all the force of the pull.

So if you get no pull around 8 to 6 o clock then your chance to gain is very slim?

What about how far the testicles hang down… I heard if you balls hang low you have a better chance of stretching. IS this true cause mine do.

While a low LOT means that the ligs are stretched to their max potential, does the fact that a errect dick pointing at 10 or 11 0’clock means the same thing?

Because I have a beginning LOT of about 6 0’clock while my errect dick points at 10 or 11 o’clock. So I am confused as to whether have any more ligs potential.

LOT and erection angle have very little correlation. If your LOT is 6:00, straight down, you have little potential for gain from lig stretch right now. With concentrated work at the upper angles, you might be able to raise your LOT and benefit from lig stretch in the future.
