Hi,

I’ve had this account for more than 10 years, and dabbled with PE occasionally. I’ve tried jelqing, but always end up with injuries (plus it’s so time-consuming!). I own a pump and a bathmate (but who the heck wants to spend 20mins in the shower??), as well as an X4 extender (which I found super uncomfortable and rarely used), and cable clamps/elastic bandage/neoprene wrap etc.

Somewhere along the way, I’ve added a 1/4 inch or so to both my length and my girth. Not sure how, or when, but apparently it’s slightly bigger than at my starting stats. As a 6-foot guy, I’ve always been a bit insecure about my 6.5” penis, even though it’s apparently at the higher end of the average range. A couple of years ago, I started sleeping with guys and can now say that I feel even smaller, since 3/4 of the guys I’ve been with have had bigger dicks. I live in an extremely diverse (ethnically) city, and yet it seems 7.5” to 8” is the norm here.

My biggest insecurity though, has always come from my flaccid state, as I shrink A LOT! What I’m aiming for is a bigger flaccid hang (and definitely fatter), and if that means erect girth or length gains, great! I’d love to not feel shy in locker rooms or at urinals, which has always been a huge hangup!

Right now, I have a lot of time at home where I can work on PE, though I prefer to me working on other things at the same time. So having read some posts about gaining erect girth and flaccid length/girth, I thought I would try the following and see what happens. I will only be able to do this for the next 5 weeks before my work means that I will be out of town a lot, and unable to pump, though I will try to clamp/wrap wherever possible during my travel times.

My question to you is: WHAT RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THIS ROUTINE, AND IN WHAT TIME FRAME?

I have seen posts saying that pumping, clamping and wrapping can lead to flaccid gains very quickly. How long is it before gains are permanent?

**I understand everyone’s body is different, so just looking for a general rule of thumb here. Thanks!

Routine (6 days/week):
First thing in the morning: 30-mins pump under med-high pressure
15-20 min clamp
Remainder of day wearing snug cock ring and/or stretched wrapping with elastic bandage.

I’ve been doing this for 2 days, and already see a difference, but obviously there’s extra fluid build-up from pumping, plus not having given the little guy a chance to retract yet

So… no one?

Honestly, none of us can weigh in on a custom routine. Most of us start with the Newbie Routine, which is designed to work for most people.

You decided to work a bunch of gear and work a 6 day schedule. How can we predict what the results will be if none of us run similar routines when we first start PE?

Pumping and clamping are heavy work. 6 days a week is a heavy workload. My prediction is stalled gains after 6 weeks, because that’s just too much. Injury if you try to force gains after they stall.

This is my guess, based on my experience with devices and that workload with someone just starting PE seriously. .

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

If you injured yourself jelqing that means you didn’t read, understand and ask the right questions before you did the beginners routine, a routine designed to condition yourself so that you do not get injuries. I see injuries again in your future. Why not do PE the right way; start the beginners routine, ask what you don’t understand and give yourself some time and conditioning before you do other things.

From what your saying, it seems it is likely that I would make gains with this program, but that it may lead to complications down the line. Thank you for your concern, and for your advice. I am already taking extra care and vigilance, as I do not want a repeat of the jelqing injuries. I know my limits with the pump and with the clamp, as (as I mentioned), I’m not entirely new to this. I check every 10mins while pumping to make sure there is no donuting or spotting. I found spotting occurred a lot when I used to use the Bathmate, so I’m using the regular pump now. As for jelqing, the reasons I’m not interested in doing it right now are many. Firstly, there’s the risk of injury. When I say ‘injury’, I mean a huge purple splotch that appeared when I was jelqing with a too-full erection. It took weeks to disappear, and that meant having to avoid sex during that time - not easy to do when you have a partner. I find jelqing to be a difficult exercise - keep hard, but not too hard; don’t get so aroused that it turns into jerking off; allocate x-amount of time x-number of days per week, and maybe after a year you’ll gain a 1/4 inch. While I have the time right now to do the newbie routine with jelqing, I won’t as of next month. I need to use methods where I can do other things simultaneously - hence, pumping, clamping, wrapping. As I’ve said, my main goal is a bit of extra girth and a larger flaccid hang. From the reading I’ve done here (and please bear in mind, there is A TON of info on this site to sift through), these are better methods for the gains I am after, and those gains can occur relatively quickly if done right. What you’re telling me here is that this is not the right way, so I will take that advice on board and try to devise something a little more reasonable. That said, all has gone smoothly with this so far. Like I say, I know my limits with these devices. I gain a good 1/2 inch of erect girth from pumping which means 5.5” at mid shaft and almost 6” at the base. If you have some constructive advice on how best to solidify those gains (or realistically, SOME of those gains) in a safe and effective manner, then please do share. With the pumping, clamping and then cock ring for several hours, I am staying much fuller than usual for most of the day already, but I realise that would probably disappear if I stopped now. Do your research. You’ve already come to your conclusions and extrapolated the data from what I said that supports enough of the path you already wanted to take. I can’t tell you what to do or what not to do. I just hope for the best for you.

Thank you, thoughtfulgold. I have read through a bunch of your posts, and find them extremely informative. You are far more of an expert on this topic than I, so your advice does hold weight. I will certainly look to take more rest as a result of what you have said in your posts. I work out a lot in the gym, so know the importance of rest. I also know that training hard (when you know what you’re doing) and intensely for up to 6 days a week can really boost your muscular gains. I guess that’s why I was looking at the 6-day program, as I wanted to make the biggest gains possible in the time I have before my schedule no longer permits it. As for the newbie routine, I get why you would steer people towards it, but I have tried it, and it doesn’t work for me. Yes, I noticed amazing EQ within a couple of weeks, but the time commitment is too much (especially when you are an avid gym-goer at the same time!), and the risk of injury too great. Yeah, I know, you can say I was doing it wrong, but it’s the same as accidentally using bad form on one rep in the gym and suddenly your shoulder is messed up for weeks. It happens - you can do your very best to avoid it, but sometimes it happens. In the case of jelqing, the risk is far greater than the reward. I do not want to risk that massive bruising again - at least not right now. I have not suffered any injury from clamping, pumping or wrapping, and I find they’re simply easier to control than jelqing, so that the risk of injury is minimal and you have the added benefit of doing other things while using these methods. You had some success with your X4 Extender when you began. Would you recommend that to me as an alternative to jelqing (since I’m not going to jelq! LOL!)? Or over the pump and clamp? I’ve always found it extremely uncomfortable, which is why I never stuck with it, but given your success with that one device (albeit over an 18-month period), I may be willing to revisit it. Do you recall at all how much time you wore it on your PE days? I want to be clear that I’m not deliberately trying to ignore the advice of experts here, just that I have tried the jelqing routine, and it is not for me. What I would prefer is some advice on how best to make girth and flaccid gains (and sure, length if that comes along with it) with these other devices and methods. In 5 weeks’ time I will have limited access to my pump for roughly 7 months, as I will be in and out of town for weeks at a time for work. During these times, I can probably put any of the other devices (X4, clamps, wraps, etc) in my suitcase, and will have limited time each day to use them (and CERTAINLY no time for jelqing - another reason not to restart with that method at this point in time). Again, I appreciate any advice you veterans (or others) can give me regarding these methods. Thanks!

I don’t have much to input with regards to the exercises, but did you measure the penis of the men you were sleeping with? You probably were measuring with ‘girl inches’. Do PE for yourself and realise that change is going to be very small for a 5 week period. A better idea would be to come up with a plan for while you’re travelling. Hope this helps.

What you have to understand is that every guy essentially has a ruler in his pants. I know how long and how fat mine is, so it’s pretty easy to at least estimate the size of the other guy. But even on a bigger vs smaller comparison, way more have been bigger than smaller. I kind of wonder if it’s the way it is in the straight world too though. I mean, it would stand to reason that the bigger guys have more confidence and have more sex, while a guy with a smaller penis might be too embarrassed to go out and pick up a girl/guy. It would definitely make sense in the gay world, since size is all that matters to many, many men. It’s an unbelievably superficial culture, trust me!

Yeah, I wasn’t imagining the gains would be massive in a short time period. I would love to find a way to do PE while I’m traveling, but my work days are LONG and I’m almost always around people. I think all I will realistically be able to do is wrapping and clamping. Still, even if I make minimal gains in the next little while, hopefully clamping/wrapping would be enough to keep them, though I doubt I’d add to them.

I thought about the Phallosan as it seems to be the only ADS that you can ‘hide’ somewhat. But I’ve read mixed reviews, and in Canadian dollars, it’s an insane amount of money to pay! I would take the pump, but I want to avoid any embarrassing situations at airports or hotels if someone saw it in my suitcase. It’s pretty obvious what it is, whereas an ADS can be broken into smaller parts and is less conspicuous.

Probably a misogynistic term, but basically the view that a penis will look larger when its not your own and looking from different angles. When a lot of girls ask what size certain men are, they always guess 2-3” larger than they really are. You probably match up nicely with those guys who have “7-8’ dicks”. I have no reference as a straight dude and I’ve never seen another man’s erect penis, but your dick will always look smaller especially if you’re a guy who is 6’7”+ tall. Don’t worry, just do what you can.

I always say if you want to do something you will find time to do it. There is no excuse. Even if you have a roommate. I have been in a roommate situation and there is ALWAYS the bathroom. They won’t be in the room 24/7. As long as there is a bathroom you have no excuses. Nothing stopped me from pe. People come up with way too many excuses.

Another problem of yours is all you mentioned was device work. You have no faith in manual pe which will bite you in the ass. Devices will indeed make pe damn near impossible to stealth under certain circumstances. Manual pe can be stealthed in any situation.

It’s actually been an interesting adventure, I must say. If a guy is within an inch of my size, you really don’t see that much difference at all. Once you get above that (and if the guy has enormous girth), it becomes pretty obvious. I’ve seen the other end of the spectrum as well, but nowehere near as often. It’s those times when you realise, ‘Actually, I didn’t get such a raw deal after all’! LOL. Thing is, at least 80% of the time with guys you’ve already seen each other’s junk before you’ve even met (often before you’ve even seen their face!). Just last night though, I chatted with a guy that was an 8”+ or nothing guy. That is ridiculously common in this community. It’s crazy.

‘Girl inches’ are much better in that respect. You haven’t generally discussed the dimensions of your penis before she sees it, so she has no way of knowing if it’s bigger or smaller than the last guy (unless he was either much bigger of much smaller). I’m talking from an average-size guy’s perspective here, of course. You’re totally right about your dick looking smaller on a bigger guy though! I’m a hair over 6’ and muscular, so while my dick might look normal or even large on a guy that’s 4” to 6” shorter, it sure as hell looks small on me.

I’ve explained thoroughly my reasons for not doing manual PE. I don’t feel the need to rehash them over and over again. Many people have had success with devices etc only, and it is these methods, and these methods only, that I am seeking advice on. That’s great that nothing stopped you from finding time for PE, but we all have different situations, different goals, and different reasons for choosing the methods we choose.

Right now, I have no need for ‘stealth’. That changes in a few weeks’ time when I will be on the road fairly consistently for many months. I do not recall saying I have no faith in manual PE. I know it works for many people, but right now, at this point in time, it is not a method I wish to use. Please refer back to my previous posts for my reasons.

Can we move on now please?

By all means. It’s your choice if you prefer to not pe at all than to do manuals.
