What Should I Expect with This Routine?

I’ve had this account for more than 10 years, and dabbled with PE occasionally. I’ve tried jelqing, but always end up with injuries (plus it’s so time-consuming!). I own a pump and a bathmate (but who the heck wants to spend 20mins in the shower??), as well as an X4 extender (which I found super uncomfortable and rarely used), and cable clamps/elastic bandage/neoprene wrap etc.
Somewhere along the way, I’ve added a 1/4 inch or so to both my length and my girth. Not sure how, or when, but apparently it’s slightly bigger than at my starting stats. As a 6-foot guy, I’ve always been a bit insecure about my 6.5” penis, even though it’s apparently at the higher end of the average range. A couple of years ago, I started sleeping with guys and can now say that I feel even smaller, since 3/4 of the guys I’ve been with have had bigger dicks. I live in an extremely diverse (ethnically) city, and yet it seems 7.5” to 8” is the norm here.
My biggest insecurity though, has always come from my flaccid state, as I shrink A LOT! What I’m aiming for is a bigger flaccid hang (and definitely fatter), and if that means erect girth or length gains, great! I’d love to not feel shy in locker rooms or at urinals, which has always been a huge hangup!
Right now, I have a lot of time at home where I can work on PE, though I prefer to me working on other things at the same time. So having read some posts about gaining erect girth and flaccid length/girth, I thought I would try the following and see what happens. I will only be able to do this for the next 5 weeks before my work means that I will be out of town a lot, and unable to pump, though I will try to clamp/wrap wherever possible during my travel times.
My question to you is: WHAT RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THIS ROUTINE, AND IN WHAT TIME FRAME?
I have seen posts saying that pumping, clamping and wrapping can lead to flaccid gains very quickly. How long is it before gains are permanent?

Routine (6 days/week):
First thing in the morning: 30-mins pump under med-high pressure
15-20 min clamp
Remainder of day wearing snug cock ring and/or stretched wrapping with elastic bandage.
I’ve been doing this for 2 days, and already see a difference, but obviously there’s extra fluid build-up from pumping, plus not having given the little guy a chance to retract yet
