What To Do After The Newbie Routine?

Hello,

Most people say to do the newbie routine for 6 months but after that I’m not sure what to do. Does anyone have a routine they’ve seen success with?

Have you done the newbie routine for six months?

Have you made gains?

Have the gains stopped?

I’m a week into the 4th month of the newbie routine and haven’t noticed any gains (I’m currently 6 inches uncircumcised). I also haven’t been masturbating, idk if that makes a difference.

I haven’t expected to make gains from the newbie routine. I think it’s more for conditioning the penis for what comes next. I just don’t know what should come next after the newbie routine.

While doing the newbie routine keep reading the forum on all the other techniques to see what methods or approaches you like or you think you can fit in to you life. I personally liked vac hanging. It’s a good next step from the newbie routine for gaining length. It’s also good for starting light which means, in my opinion, you can start doing it with little penis conditioning, as long as you take it slow.

Can concur with SG. Found vac hanging the logical next step. The general consensus on here is go for length first before girth and hanging looked like the way to go for that

2022: BPEL: 7.08" x MSEG: 5.00"/18.0cm x 12.7cm.

How have your P.I.’s (physiological indicators) been?
For example: morning/night wood, ease of erection, erection quality, flaccid hang etc…

If these are all good, and you haven’t made any gains, you most likely need to up the intensity on your manual routine. In my opinion, wait until gains have stalled from manuals before moving on to any devices. In this case, you have made no gains. So let’s work on that first.

I can still get an erection quite easily just from thinking about sex. I usually have morning wood (night wood keeps me up so I try not to think about it). My flaccid hang is close to my erect length. I feel a good amount of pressure from manual stretching and I find that increasing grip strength tends to bring me to full erection where the stretches are not very effective.

Here are my next steps, however, if you have not seen any gains you will have to switch it up.

You must buy a RED LIGHT- do a pad or MOSRED and do this for warmup or during stretch /Hang

1. Mr.BLue, upload your stats please, so you can get more data in and we can help better
2. Do one or both of the below at the same time. Water pump after stretches.
2a. Consider going Water Pumping with a gauge so Mittyvac or LA Pump with gauge, see other threads on how to water pump
2b. Start stretches/ hanging but you can start with your hand as HINK does, and explain why he does that.

Thanks for all the helpful advice everyone. I think pumping may be the best way to start seeing gains with my exercises since I haven’t been masturbating or doing anything to maximize that internal pressure after stretching.

Water pumping is life changing, My EQ has improved a lot! Wifey knows I water pump for EQ, she doesn’t know or care about the PE aspect of it.

Yeah, just read the pros and cons of Bathmate vs Regular pump with water. No wrong way, just your way. If you are more about EQ vs Gains then Bathmate is the better option, I’m on a Gain first and EQ later goal so I need to measure with Gauge, and for PE I think the cylinder is best but I have yet to try bathmate, as I said in other posts, I will for sure buy Bathmate later when I am cementing and still doing some PE.

I can second this. I have a bathmate, but wish I had a pump with gauge. Currently pumping is secondary and I’m actually taking a break from it at the moment so I have no plans on getting a different one yet. I can kinda gauge where I am at vacuum wise. I know my max length in pump ~7.125” using the measurements on the pump. From there I know 6” is low end pressure, 6.5” moderate and 7” is close to high pressure. But I don’t know the actual. I just try and stay within that 6” to 6.5” range to be safe. I wish I knew the exact pressure though and that’s where a pump with gauge would come in great.
