When doing stretching should I be flaccid or a half erect

I’m wondering if it is better to stretch flaccid or to stretch semi-erect. Or possibly both? I’m just starting out. Thanks.

My current size:

7.5 NBP x 5 3/4 Girth (midshaft)

My Goal:

9 NBP x 6.5 girth.

I’m hoping to achieve this by the end of 6 months.

You want to stretch when your mostly flaccid, I would say between 20-30% erect has worked for me, just to get that length really going. DO NOT stretch erect, that’s suicide. Nice starting size man, you wouldn’t want to mess that up :)

Not many people have talked much about the effects of stretching semi-erect horsecock23. About 99% of all length excersizes including manual stretches, hanging, ADS/ADH are done while your penis completely flaccid. You could use the search feature here at Thunder’s to look for something like semi erect stretching or erect stretching if you are curious about that, but be warned that many people would discourage stretching while erect or even semi-erect because you could do damage to the ligs easier or the tunica (or so I’ve heard). I don’t know if this is exactly correct, but what I do know is for sure many many people here including me have made nice gains just doing manual stretching while flaccid. Wow 3 replies in like 5 min thanks guys. Glandmaster, yea it’s quite a “stretch” but the higher you aim the higher you can achieve right ;) and as with working out (the Body) I don’t think more is necessarily better. I’d think the rest is just as important as the p.e exercises. I learned about P.E years ago from some site I payed for on the internet, did it for about a week.noticed harder fuller erections and then stopped.I dunno I guess because I already have a pretty big cock. Every girl who sees it says OMG and that sort of thing. But I want a pornstar cock.. Any advice from you vets would be great. Thanks!

Read, Read, Read. Read and study everything that is relevent to your situation whenever you are unsure or just want to learn more about PE in general. Doing that will make you PE smarter and give you more ideas to try out. There is a lot more to PE then the basic topics of manual stretching and jelqing.

And for your information I have gained about 1.6 inches in length and a little in girth over a period of 7 months using mainly Manual Stretching and a little bit of jelqing and bit of hanging. This next month september will be my 8th month.

Flaccid.

Plausible target, but a 6 month target is unlikely…..Maybe a year.
