Is stretching erect out of the question?

Is stretching erect out of the question?

I don’t mean a very strong pull, but a medium stretch while 90%-100% erect. Today, I was pulling with my thumb and index finger over hand style and I felt a strong lig stretch while doing it. Is this totally ineffective?

Hey mike2002 I practiced erect stretching for quite some time. It did make very good initial gains. I stopped when I started the Blasters. I liked to do the erect stretching right before sex because I thought it gave me quick temporary gains. Just be careful as I know you will ;)

It also gave me temporary gains. About .5 centimeters, but then it came back down after a couple minutes. Have you gained anything permanent from doing erect stretching?

It was really hard to tell to be completely honest. It was around a half of an inch but to keep this 1/2 inch I had to do the stretches everyday. I really think these are temporary but what I do think is that these may be beneficial in cementing gains that are seen in Flaccid stretch to Errect length. I have always been just about identical with these two measurements but I have heard a few people saying their Flacid stretch is longer than their Erect measurement. Pehaps these could be a good cementing exercise to help firm up flacid stretched gains. Just a thought.

My stretched flaccid measurement is 7 1/4 while my erect is 6 3/4. A half inch difference. Maybe the erect stretching will even it out.

Maybe some has already asked you this, but do you mean that you lose a 1/2 inch when you get hard? To me, this doesn’t make sense.

Cockamamy, I’m not mike2002 but The difference he is referring to is flaccid bone pressed to erect bone pressed.

Thanks, but I’m going to update it only when I get gains in nbpel (what I like the most). Who knows how long it will take. It might take more months or more years, but I know for sure it’s bound to happen some time. Because pe’ing works for everyone.

Well this is an OLD ass thread but I figured I’d bump it rather then post a new topic on the subject:P

I believe in doing a decent amount of everything and not sticking to an overly structured routine:)

So on the question of erect stretching….

For lig stretches I do enjoy pulling with a full erection:)

In fact I PREFER to be fully erect when I’m focusing on ligs:)

It’s a great stretch imo and should lead to real gains:)

For stretching the tunica I’d say being soft/semi soft is a good idea:)

However,It makes sense to me that if you always stretch while flaccid you might not gain as much in erect length…

And I know I really feel it after I’ve stretched with a full hard on either way:D

It’s definitely doing something:)
