Well this is an OLD ass thread but I figured I’d bump it rather then post a new topic on the subject:P
I believe in doing a decent amount of everything and not sticking to an overly structured routine:)
So on the question of erect stretching….
For lig stretches I do enjoy pulling with a full erection:)
In fact I PREFER to be fully erect when I’m focusing on ligs:)
It’s a great stretch imo and should lead to real gains:)
For stretching the tunica I’d say being soft/semi soft is a good idea:)
However,It makes sense to me that if you always stretch while flaccid you might not gain as much in erect length…
And I know I really feel it after I’ve stretched with a full hard on either way:D
It’s definitely doing something:)
