When to cool: after stretching or after workout
Tomorrow I will start using an heating pad. Now my routine consists of
0. Little warm up
1. Stretching
2. Fulcrum stretching
3. Jelq
I read that cooling down is as much important as warming up because it helps the tunica retain it’s stretched size. So when should I cool down, soon after stretching or after the complete workout? If I cool down after stretching, should I warm up again before I start jelqing?
