Which sounds better

I do 125 80% erect jelqs and 75 flaccid jells, for a total of 200 jelqs.
Which routine do you find better?

Routine 1:
8 minutes bathmate
200 jelqs

Routine 2:
100 jelqs
8 minutes bathmate
100 jelqs

I would do 50-60% for 100 instead.

If you can’t gain that way, which should still be plenty for growth. Why force it?

5 min warm up your unit

2x 7 min bathmate

3 min slow wet jelqing

Buy an air pump with a gauge instead of a bathmate then figure out a routine. That’s assuming you’ve given the newbie routine a try first.

Why would I buy a cheaper pump when I just spent 110 on a bathmate. Imagine all the scousers that would hate on me? Grow up

My mistake I didn’t see the Bathmate in the post, from what I hear it helps plenty of people when used in combination for PE.

Even a little bit of a healthy diet is important

Some people don’t need much intensity volume or frequency, some need a bit of all or a little bit of one or 2 of them. Just figure out the missing puzzle and you’ll be fine

Like mentioned, get a real cylinder with a gauge and then report back.

Because seeing both your threads I have to ask myself if your actually here to pimp the BM but beside that after years of doing this and having owned not one but two BM’s I can tell you your wasting your time.
