Who can write me his experience and tricks

Hey you guys!

I’m just starting PE and practise the newbieroutine. I’ve read many threads here at Thunders’s Place, but it’s difficult to find things/ to get answers for my questions, if I’m just walking around here. So my question is.could anyone write me some experience (just the most important things) and maybe some tricks to get better successes regarding the first time? What did you do at the first time starting PE and to what would you advice me? How do you think about it now? About answers I would be pleased! Thanks!

Before you start jelqing or whatever, put on deodorant under your arms and in the creases of your crotch. This will keep the room from smelling like sexual pheromones and penis.

Turn down the AC and take your shirt off, if you are sitting in a fabric chair throw a towel overnight first to prevent sweat stains.

If you are watching porn on your on tv TURN THE VOLUME OFF and cover the remote with plastic wrap to keep from ruining these devices or spreading germs. If it’s on a computer and you don’t want to mess it up you can use a baby wipe as a protective cover on the mouse or to clean hands of lube.

Nothing is more strange to snooping eyes than an IR lamp pointed at your crotch. Switch to a heating pad which can be wrapped around a pump and hidden under a blanket.

Finally when you are done with your routine the last tale would be the inflammation or donut effect that remains. You can easily cut the inflammation in half if you ice down for five to ten minutes and let it warm back up on it’s own.

Add helicopter swings to your cooldown. I firmly believe they help increase flaccid length. Also start slow and learn your bodies limits then expand on them over time. Read allot and don’t be afraid to ask for help, good luck bro.

I didn’t do it, and regret it now because I know that PE works and yet do not have enough documentation to prove it. It would also be nice to be able to look back now and again and see how far I’ve come.

The idea may seem a little embarrassing now, but believe me - in a few years if you stick with it you’ll wish you had some pictures.

His English is better than many of our native speakers but with a few grammatical idiosyncrasies. But just in case he ever needs language help I have pointed him at the Vikings. Many of them have Deutsch and we don’t have a German language thread.
