Why can't you masturbate after PE?

I have been doing PE for 10 days but can’t find a reason why you shouldn’t masturbate after doing PE. Why would this compromise gains?

From what I know it’s because when you ejaculate, your testosterone levels drop and your blood vessels tighten resulting in a shrinking effect instead of growing it normally. It’s usually recommended to let 1 hour pass before doing anything else with your willy.

I can see how ejaculating can cause the dick to shrink but from what I have read sex leads to a transient rise in test levels. This is what research shows.

From what i hear is the penis tightens up and shrinks, also testosterone levels drop.The testosterone drop theory is contradictory to me because people are saying higher Testosterone levels will not benifet your PE growth.Who knows really, PE is no science.

send dld a pm about this…from what i gather he has sex after most of his workouts, im not sure youll have to ask him about it
