Worried about venous leakage

Worried about venous leakage

I have been PE’ing for 2 weeks doing the newbie linear routine. I am taking it slow, and I’ve already seen a .25” BPEL gain, and my EQ is higher than ever. For the past 3 days I have not PE’d after reading about venous leakage. It worries me that I can possibly damage my penis forever, when it is perfectly healthy right now. I have seen all positive PI’s up to this point, and not a moment of pain. Are there any trends in people that have had venous leakage? Am I being paranoid?

I think about the same thing.. I say to myself is 6’inch fine.. Or take a risk and hope to get 7’.. I hope I made the right choice

You know people… that exact same thinking got me a psichological ED for about 1 week. I thought I had that and that I was lost forever, but after, my erections launched of like a rocket and I was back having 4 - 5 potent erections during the day. My recommendation is: forget about it. Do PE like this doesn’t exist. If you got positive PI’s, you shoudn’t even think about stoping. That is something that also got me worried. If you had it, you’d already noticed it. But look what happened to you, exact the opposite. Listen to your penis, positive PIs means it is thanking you.

Start gently. Build intensity steadily. The risk for most guys is from going for mad intensity with an unconditioned penis. If you are someone who is prone to easily getting venous leakage (not many are), you would most likely have got it already from vigourous masturbation or aggressive sex. Learn how your penis reacts to every exercise before you increase them. And don’t worry if you slightly over-do it and your EQ goes down for a day or two; that is not venous leakage.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

What firegoat says: “If you are someone who is prone to easily getting venous leakage (not many are),”

Some years ago there was a rash of posts here about venous leakage; a number of them were scary, very overly scary. My advice is to ignore most of them and continue a sensible PE program, a sensible one for you.

I have venous leakage. I had it before I started PE; it was not caused by PE. If anything, PE helped to some degree to overcome it.

Relax and enjoy the process.
