To the best of your knowledge has there been a thread/poll on here to decide on this very thing?

For any physics majors who may come across this, what might be the reason for the constricted area to also see the same or similar increases/gains as the area not under constriction?

Girth growth

I haven’t seen anyone on any forum speak about performing this type of Girth growth exercise. One of my main PE goals has always been to create uniform girth from glans to base. In the beginning the differential between my erect base girth circumference and the measurement below my glans was more than 1 1/2”. As I monitored my own personal PE experience I experimented with a variety of jelq techniques along with my weight hanging to try and generate more girth growth mid shaft and above. I found that this particular double clamp exercise along with the Bundle exercise did in fact help create more uniform girth. Now the difference from end to end is approximately 3/4”. I suggest giving this a try. I would do my PE weight hanging and three times a week while I worked on my EQ I would incorporate three five minute double clamp sessions. In between sessions, remove the clamps and dry jelq for 2-3 minutes before starting the next clamp session. Install Girth Bands, one at base and another mid shaft. Base clamp first with desired tension, then the mid shaft clamp. Tension can be increase on both clamps as you progress into the five minute session. I want to stress that you use some discretion! This is an advanced girth building technique. Give it a try…. I’d like to hear form those who implement this technique into their training. Give it about 3 months.

You can if you like. I’ve found that leaving two or three on after a workout enables me to stay longer and fuller in the flaccid state. I’ll usually go 2-3 hours with multiple Girth Bands and then use just a single one at the base for the remainder of the day.

Let’s be honest, there’s no think tank group at any university or medical institution that’s going to embark upon a scientific study related to PE, unless some donor with deep pockets funds the research. So it’s up to PE enthusiasts to experiment and document their results. It’s all subjective, and I seriously doubt there will ever be any legitimate objective material you can hang your hat on!

Don’t expect to see any sort of dramatic change in a couple weeks. Wearing a Girth Band helps to prevent your flaccid penis from “turtling” or retracting. This transition takes time. I’d give it a minimum of three months. Remember this transformation happens when you implement an effective PE routine that incorporates aggressive traction, and the Girth Band acts like a splint.

What would be more efficient? To warm down post the workout and then apply the girth band or to cool it down (with frozen water for example) and then apply the girth band?

After you do any type of PE training such as weight hanging, extending, pumping or hand stretching / jelqing you can immediately install your girth band. I even recommend using your Girth Band while you are doing the exercises listed above.

Got my bands in yesterday from LG Hangers. I pumped this morning before I did tractor and welding work today. I got to tell you, these are the most comfortable bands I have paid for.

DIY Girth Bands and or Cock RIngs

You could use silicone putty to make your own girth bands or even cock rings. I made a cock ring by mixing food grade putty and shaping it around a small bottle about 1.25” diameter. You only have a couple of minutes work time so have a plan and keep at it. Make it about .25” thick so it will be strong and about .5” wide. I used Amazing Mold Putty Kit, 2/3 lb. You can make many styles and play around with it and maybe even make a vibrator holder on it.

$23 bucks worth the try? Was for me.
