another LOT question
Although I understand the LOT theory, were is the cut off. I have good a
pull back at 10, alittle less at 9 and very little tug at 8. Also my erect angle
is between 11 - 12 I’ve read in a couple posts this may show tight liigs also. Either way would 30 rep daily at 10 sec each be considered a good length routine (I do my girth ex later in the day). Even with yjay I feel it sjrinks alittle when Im done, After about 10 -15 ireps its at its longest, should I stop there?
