Anybody here still use the newbie routine?

Even though some of you have been around for a while, I was wondering if any of you still do the newbie routine and continue to make gains with it. If so, what is your own personal version of that routine? Anybody?

I have been on the newbie routine since I started back in January. I only measure once a month, and my gains have been ok for my flaccid length and it’s certainly done a lot for my appearance when hard (very veiny, and very hard).

But I don’t think I have any measurable gains yet with BPEL or EL. Still on the routine as the next thing I’d like to try is hanging but can’t really find 10 hrs a week to fit it in (in private).

As I wasn’t expecting more then a 1” gain in my BPFSL for the year, I feel like I’m on target and not really concerned yet about the lack of BPEL/EL growth. I know that will come in time as long as the flaccid length keeps improving like it has been.

I’ve been on the newbie routine with modifications since I started almost a year ago. I’ve incorporated some changes gradually such as uli stretches and squeezes and have increased the time spent stretching and jelqing.


10/10 (start): 7.25x5.25

07/11: 7.79x5.7

Goal: 9x7

I joined in january have been newbie since and gained a half inch so far. I want to add pump and ads Don’t think I can find hangiing time yet either.


I love my wifes booty. And want to stuff it with the biggest pipe I can grow!

Goal: 8x6

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I only do the newbie routine when I p.e.

I think I will always use the newb routine. Just beef it up as I progress. Start throwing in some pumps between jelq sets and throw in some clamping during the day.

While I have dabbled in other things, my main workout has always been the newbie routine. I think that there may be limits to how far it can take you, but at one(+) inch, I am not there yet.

If nothing else, the newbie routine will give you consistent good penis health. I always have super strong hard-ons when I am actively doing it.

Growth results seem to be very individual, but the newbie routine is good stuff for all men in general.

I’ve been PE’in on and off for the past 7 or so years. In that time I always fall back to the newbie routine after experimenting. You would think I would learn at some point to stick with it.

I am a “more is less” guy and I do my workouts Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Basically Jelqing and Stretching. That always produces the best results for me.


Goal: None, PE for life
