I have been on the newbie routine since I started back in January. I only measure once a month, and my gains have been ok for my flaccid length and it’s certainly done a lot for my appearance when hard (very veiny, and very hard).
But I don’t think I have any measurable gains yet with BPEL or EL. Still on the routine as the next thing I’d like to try is hanging but can’t really find 10 hrs a week to fit it in (in private).
As I wasn’t expecting more then a 1” gain in my BPFSL for the year, I feel like I’m on target and not really concerned yet about the lack of BPEL/EL growth. I know that will come in time as long as the flaccid length keeps improving like it has been.
