I had some lipo. It comes back in time. The only more permanent solution was daily cardio and limit the carb intake.

Aye. The procedure is not for losing weight but for sculpting. I have been 90Kg for the last 15 years and 34 inch waist at 43 so I am not looking to diet but the wife is on slimming world so in turn I tend to eat less fat and am now 88Kg and that is just playing 4 x 18 rounds of golf a week exercise.

I know. They took around 4 lb of material. After gaining weight and coming back down i can’t tell that that area was slimmer than it was before. The only way I’ve guaranteed a slim fatpad is cut carbs and cardio daily to get low bodyfat all over the body. Spend your $ and you’ll see.

So, I’m not bad talking the docs who do this procedure which cost from $2500-$5000 in most circumstances. Willy D mentioned that lipo does “sculpting”, WHICH IT DOES!!!

If you keep your weight consistent or close, that sculpted area will remain sculpted, possibly indefinately.

But if you have a very large weight fluctuation +25lb, I’m guessing, that sculpted area will refill with fat, and your body will keep the fat layed out how it likes to lay it, so it will look like you didn’t do anything to it.

Get lean thru cardio, and low carbs, and maintain that and add sculpting, you will keep the sculpting effect.

Some of our members have .25” fat pads…. And many of us are like 1.25-2”… Fat pad is visual COCK, and women do not give credit for cock stolen by the fat pad. If you are smart you will pull that meat back or something while she’s giving head so she can see your full length of your man-spear. Still when the fat pad resumes its position she will not credit you over someone leaner than you with the same cock size.

Body fat also holds toxins, and the estrogen will make you more depressive.

Part of our PE improvements should be improving our bodies and our minds… PE is an iterative, process that relies on consistency. So is the process for improving the body and improving confidence.

You can do that. But you can keep moving forward on the fat loss. More will come off. You see from my notes that a significant weight gain will wipe out your lipo or cyro sculpting effort. I’m sure you’ll manage it fine.

I lost the weight 4 years ago…. I do the crunches and pushups now daily… The fat pad never went away

Also my weight is within 5 pounds stable for the last 4+ years… so I feel like if I get this zapped and do not put on any more weight I should be fine.

How much did you gain in the pubic lipo?

Gained back all the fat pad loss by going overweight. But I’m shredding up again. On most of us the fat pad is the very last place to get lean. On me I’ll have all 8 abs. Veins at the bottom abs. Obliques visible. Hardly any glutes fat. By time I’m there the fat pad is slim and just under .5”. It takes 4-6 months of low carb, cardio and weights.
