Hello all… I would like to talk about the fat pad. It is so annoying sticking the ruler in your body just to achieve that 6, 7, 8, etc. etc. Inch threshold. During adult time with my wife I for one never stop sinking it in when I’ve reached the fatpad, does anyone, however I don’t want to have to stab myself just to hit a certain length… yes it’s vanity, but that’s just PE!
Now I understand and encourage the use of BPEL measurements for keeping track of gains, but at the end of the day what I see on the outside of my body is really all that counts imo.

This thread is geared towards us here on Thunders that would say, ” yeah… I could stand to shed a few pounds to get that extra 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, even 1/2 inch on my shlong where it counts!” I’m going to keep up my 5 day a week routine on here for accountability and inspirational purposes. For those of you that want to join, let’s do it! Jump in build a routine, nothing crazy to start, and go all in on PE and well… P.E.
Let’s make it longer by adding and taking away!

Currently my fatpad is at .5 inches till the ruler is against my public bone…

I’m starting with a two mile jog followed by 100 perfect for pushups… for this whole month I will stick with relatively easy workouts for my level and slowly condition myself up towards my ultimate goal!

I have .5 inches of fat pad as well which is really not that much as it allows for a little cushion for the pushin lol. Doesn’t look like you have a fat pad to me.

Great idea.. The workout you describe with a reasonable diet should produce some results in a couple weeks. GOOD LUCK!

What marinera is saying is true. The average American is obese. Having 0.5 in or less is decent. But there’s always room for improvement.

If you guys notice in porn almost all the videos with a "big dick" the guy is generally very very lean to the point where he does not have a fat pad. That’s one reason why they look so big.

Losing fat will result in a bigger change in your facial as well as body attractiveness score.

Having a high body fat % changes your facial structure as well as makes your body appear softer and more feminine. A lower body fat % will give your jaw line a much harder and square look as well as make your face more angular which is in contrast to the female face. It will also make the rest of your body more defined.

I guarantee your girlfriend / wife will enjoy that more than 0.25 to 0.5 in extra of NBEL.

Though getting more NBEL is always good as well.

Hey fellas. I actually did pubic lipo 2.5 years ago… It helped my fat pad around .5”… Afterwards I couldn’t help but to think to take a slower, but consistent fat loss process until fat pad would be nearly completely bare would be a better approach.

Pubic lipo can be considered if you are super lean and super skinny and have a big pillow for a fat pad stealing 1” of length. the fat pad sucks!

Body fat steals testosterone and converts it to estrogen. So if you are like 15% or over on body fat like most non-competitive non-atheletes are, you are literally a huge man-boob.

You will help yourself and testosterone levels by stripping fat off thru diet, nutrition and excersize. It takes time. Consistency over the months will tear it down.

Some of our members have .25” fat pads…. And many of us are like 1.25-2”… Fat pad is visual COCK, and women do not give credit for cock stolen by the fat pad. If you are smart you will pull that meat back or something while she’s giving head so she can see your full length of your man-spear. Still when the fat pad resumes its position she will not credit you over someone leaner than you with the same cock size.

Body fat also holds toxins, and the estrogen will make you more depressive.

Part of our PE improvements should be improving our bodies and our minds… PE is an iterative, process that relies on consistency. So is the process for improving the body and improving confidence.

Just be in shape overall and leave the fat pad alone. There is a reason why it is there.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
