I’ve been doing alot of PE recently and thought id share what personally helps me and hinders me..
The only time I don’t gain is when I masturbate at the end of a PE session, I haven’t cum for 3 days now and it’s just getting bigger and bigger, I’m also VERY horny but hey, no pain no gain right!
(PLEASE DON’t TAKE THIS AS GOSPEL, SOME DOCTORS REALLY DON’t RECOMMEND NOT EJACULATING, HOWEVER LOTS OF BUDDHISTS DO!) your choice.
Kegels are THE most important part of PE.
Stretching your skin (I grab my foreskin and pull really hard) helps you hang lower.
Exercise helps ALOT (if your heart doesn’t have the muscle to pump the blood down there, what will!)
A trick I use is tensing my PC muscle, holding it, then doing sit ups.
This is an amazing workout and your muscles just inside your hip will be huge, watch your girls eyes light up as she unzips you :)
Eating healthy, meat, pasta, vegetables, rice, fruit.you get the picture.
I’m on a huge health trip right now and it has helped my PE unbelievably.
Most importantly kegel like there’s no tomorrow.
By the way heres the proof, I used to be 5 1/2” erect, I’m now a solid 7” consistently.and still going.
