It’s in a hot tub at the apartment complex I live in. I frequent it durning houses there’s no or limited traffic. I wear a speedo that allows easy access so I can stretch with constant heat.

Is heating with hot water at the right temperature just as effective as an IR lamp? Or will the IR lamp work more wonders? I’ve taken a decon break and am starting from the start using hot water boiled in a kettle that shows the temperature. I want to focus mainly on length so should I do 10 mins of stretching and 5 mins of jelqs or just stick to what is it says on Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine

Any constant heat will work. I know when I’m ready as my scrotum begins to sag and is quite stretchable. The hot tub provides many other relaxing benefits as well.

Try to wear a cockring or manually clamp at the base while applying heat.

I think heat is very important. For awhile I wasn’t using heat at all. I was just getting erect and going right into my slinkies. I recently bought a microwave and created a rice sock, and although it is still a bit too early for me to tell for sure, ten minutes of heat from the rice sock seems to be making a huge difference both in results and how fatigued the workout makes my penis.

After I clamp I submerse my dick in a cup of hot water. It feels amazing and relieves the pain and soreness instantly. I make it as hot as I can stand it. Then, I hold it to my pelvic bone and shake it and move it around making sure I hold it firm to my body without spilling any water. I hold it there for about 5 minutes. It helps growth and healing I’m assuming. Can’t hinder them at least, and I always look forward to the cup when I’m nearing the end of a tiring set.

I actually use a piece of tinfoil over my balls when I use the IR lamp. It’s def an odd site, but hopefully it will keep away the cancer lol….(I also try to limit my time under the lamp to like 10 minutes or so because of this).
