Benefits of Heat in PE

TESTICULAR PROTECTION IS A MUST FOR INFRARED-HEAT INDUCED SMOOTH MUSCLE TISSUE RE-MODELING/ENLARGEMENT

While it has been shown that a few degrees above body temperature is needed to induce smooth muscle tissue extensibility, a few degrees BELOW body temperature is needed for optimal testicular health and spermatogensis

Safeguard Your Sperm: Men’s Health.com

Moreover, Infrared heat emits RADIATION, which could lead to TESTICULAR CANCER

Hence, to protect your balls, 2 things are needed: something to keep them cool and something to protect them from radiation. So far I’m thinking of ice chilled aluminum foil

Hi bt. I have done a lot of investigation into IR over a lot of years, and cannot find anything suggesting that the type of radiation produced by IR is in any way injurious to health.

Please could you give the Forum Guidelines a read: we really appreciate it if you do not use all upper case. Thanks.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

The precautionary principle would indicate that testicles should be kept in a lead lined box to avoid background radiation, especially in high granite areas.

Remember those lead-lined film bags for traveling? The weight would make it useful as a scrotum stretcher too!

I’m going for the ice chilled aluminum foil hat myself, of course I already have the hat in case of alien invasion, I just never thought of chilling it, that should be more comfortable in summer.

IR radiation is absorbed by water, thus usually in the outer layer of derm (where water content is higher).
When you stand in front of a fireplace you get the same kind of ‘radiation’.
Even more, when you’re sunbathing on the beach do you cover your balls with lead, aluminum or something thicker than a swimming suit? The sun can actually cause melanomas (skin cancer), but that’s due to UV (ultraviolet) radiation, particularly UV-B. So, it’s a completely different wave length/frequency of radiation.

Not all radiation causes cancer; as a matter of fact, even light is radiation.

In the last few years I see IR saunas getting more and more available, because IR radiation has far better effects (and far fewer contraindications) than traditional saunas, both Finnish and Turkish.

This is a thread I’ve been looking for.

This my first post. Thanks to everyone for the knowledge being shared on Thunder’sPlace.

It is logical to me that heat is important and deep heat is needed to reap the greatest benefits of PE. I was leaning towards infrared heating pad. However, before I make my final decision, has anyone tried ‘Blood Flow Stimulation Therapy’ (BFST) type of heating pad? It uses electro-magnetic method. Here is a marketing hype link explaining BFST.

Anyone have an opinion on electro-magnetic approach?

Just some general info below. First, my thoughts on the device-mostly hype and unnecessary as very deep heat not needed. A physical therapy modality popular several years ago used ultrasound. I actually have one of the devices. However, some studies raised the possibility of deeper tissue oxidation (cooking the muscle) over time which may have been a reason for almost nonuse now. You may find this useful to put things in perspective:

Ultrasound
Ultrasound is a deep heating modality that is most effective in heating tissues of deep joints. It has been found to be helpful in improving the distensibility of connective tissue, which facilitates stretching. It is not indicated in acute inflammatory conditions where it may serve to exacerbate the inflammatory response and typically provides only short-term benefit when used in isolation. It is perhaps best used to improve limitations in segmental spinal range of motion following recurrent or chronic low back pain as an adjunct in facilitating soft tissue mobilization and prolonged stretching by a skilled manual therapist.

The use of ultrasound is contraindicated over a previous laminectomy or peripheral nerve secondary to alterations in membrane stability. It should be discontinued as segmental motion is improved with the patient then moved into an active strengthening program and eventual transference to an independent home exercise program.

Superficial Heat
Superficial heat can produce heating effects at a depth limited to 1-2cm. Deeper tissues are generally not heated due to the thermal insulation of subcutaneous fat and the increased cutaneous blood flow which dissipates heat. It has been found to be helpful in diminishing pain and decreasing local muscle spasm. Superficial heat, such as the hydrocolater pack, should be used as an adjunct to facilitate an active exercise program. It is most often used during the acute phases of treatment when the reduction of pain and inflammation are the primary goals. If beneficial, it can be incorporated into the education program and utilized on a home basis prior to the therapy program.

It may have been mentioned, but I use a hand warmer draped over the top tendons in my dick while I have it strapped in a stretcher. I’m not sure if this works yet, I just started, but it sure does get my pecker warm.

Is the following heating pad of the kind that some of you are using successfully? Flexible heating | beurer

01/04/15 - BPEL: 7.30” MSEG: 5.10” BEG: 5.30”

03/08/15 - BPEL: 7.30” MSEG: 5.30” BEG: 5.50” (2 months on the newbie routine)

+ Harder erections, nicer orgasms, generally more flaccid hang and more elasticity. Now on a break to restart with a new routine.

60+c Warm up ,sound’s crazy.
Step1= Heat the water up to 60c this is Celsius not Fahrenheit .
Step2= Take a wash cloth soak it in the water .
Step3= Squeeze 75%-80% of the water out the temps will drop instantly to about 50-55c.
***(When you squeeze 75% of the water, the hot water from your wash cloth does flow out on your testicles.Heat is the enemy of sperm. After a warm shower i would recommended washing your balls with cold water just your balls not your penis just your balls take some tap water splash them on your balls and leave the shower.)***
Step4= Wrap it on for 2 min the temp will drop to about 35-40c in 2 min .
Step5= After 2 min repeat the same steps. do this 3 times = 6min.

I think this is the best way to warmup for a guy with no IR lamp.

After you do this warm up you will get an amazing stretch on your penis.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I use a heating pad but I don’t care about sperm since I’m not needing to reproduce.

That’s not the only thing sperm is there for. It maintains your testosterone levels if your testosterone levels drop you will have chance’s of developing gynecomastia aka man-boobs and you will suffer from mood swings.

Vasectomy results in a drop in sperm but testosterone levels are maintained.
