I appreciate your opinion :) I was thinking about dipping it in warm water and then jelq with vaseline but don’t know how to get it of afterwards.

I use vitamin E oil.

8-10 hours of heat, which is about 2 traction sessions worth for me.

8-10 is long fucking long

you can manage your time in such a long duration exercise?

As long as it’s enough to get your balls to hang lower, it’s what you want.

i bought halogen floodlight today 150w, im gonna try it at home, i hope it will be fine, it has a tempered glass, so i think there will be no problem, because some says that halogen has an ultraviolent which is not good in our skin

Good luck, hope it goes well

I got USB heating pads, once the wall adapter arrives I’ll report how they go. 122 degrees F should be a solid temp to work with.

You want Infra-Red, not halogen.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Ok heating pads won’t work, 122 F wasn’t hot enough. Going to try to boil water instead of tap water and update with results.

This might take a while though, have to order electric kettle to hide from parents in the bathroom.

122F would immediately give you first degree burns. The IR lamps are the easiest to apply, but a sports heating pad should work fine, but USB probably doesn’t put out enough power to heat a body part like this.

See my thoughts on temperature:

Your measurement must be off. 122F is 50C and I can’t see how you consider that ‘not hot enough’.

I am (perhaps worngly) assuming you mean a halogen lamp as in the type you would light a room with, which is a long light wave lamp. Infra red is short wavelengths and is commonly used in physiotherapy for heating body tissue as the heat penetrates well and the light wavelengths are safe for human tissue.

I was using a space heater but i didn’t like it because:
1- It was loud.
2- It made the whole area around me hot and i was literally sweating.

Went and got a 150 watt IR light and fixture from home depot awhile ago and it’s much better because it’s obviously quiet and it only heats the area i need heated.
