Benefits of Heat in PE

Didn’t think I’d be posting again in this topic so soon. The Far Infrared wrap I have (the Thermedic PW140L) is overall great. It’s the right size and flexibility to get my member nice and warmed up. The problem I’m having with it is the 30 minute auto-off it’s got. Anyone have any suggestions for heating pads (preferably Far Infra because I think the deeper penetration helps) that either have longer auto-offs or no auto-off? I’d like to heat in my sleep for recovery and that isn’t exactly an option if I’m hitting the button every 30 minutes.

Covering yourself with a blanket is sufficient. We recommend not doing any form of PE while asleep.

I just buy the least expensive electric heating pad I can find that will fit my cylinder. I think mine is an 8”x10” or perhaps 9x12. You can find them everywhere online or pharmacy or large grocery/household goods stores in the US so I am sure they would be easy to find in France.

I just got an infrared lamp for constant heating whilst jelqing, but have become aware that it can have serious consequences for eyesight. What methods do people use to combat this/what are people’s thoughts on potential eye damage from infrared.

I’ve worked with IR for years without any problems, but I avoid looking directly into the bulb, just as you wouldn’t look directly into any other bulb.

Infrared Sauna

New to the board, 1st post.

My wife encouraged me to get a penis pump and she wanted me to set a goal to pump everyday (within reason) for the next 3 months. Only have had the pump 4 days now.

We have an infrared sauna at home where temperatures reach 135+. She herself suggested I do it while I’m in the sauna so have done so twice. With pumping in the sauna be of extra benefit that anyone else can attest to? Or wrapping the penis with something warm being of most benefit?

I use an electric heating pad wrapped around my tube; others use warm water. As long as you are comfortable in the sauna I would think it would work ok. Whatever is most convenient, yet safe. I’d be concerned if I set the sauna temp on high just to get my dick warmer.

I often neglect the warmup as well. I’m sure a hot damp towel would suffice?

A heated rice pack is simple to use for warm up and can also leave to laying on when hanging etc.

Before you do any PE routine, even if it is a basic jelqing routine, always warm-up! Various basic exercises can sometimes be performed without the need for a warmup, but even then, you really need to be conditioned and perform them very carefully.

The quickest, and cheapest method, would definitely be a rice sock. Make sure you don’t put so much rice in, to the point where it is impossible to flex the sock around, you want to be able to wrap the sock around the base up to the head. Make sure to also put a piece of toilet paper or thin fabric around your unit before applying the sock, don’t ever just put the hot sock right on your bare skin. Most important though, for the love of god, make sure whatever you use to warm up, is not too hot to handle! I have read posts about people literally burning their dicks because of using something way too freaking hot to warm up with.

On a side note, if you are trying to gain length, do a warm down after your routine, it helps a lot.

That will work, but make sure it is damp if you are going to put it in a microwave to heat it up. DO NOT! Ever put a dry towel in a microwave, it will catch fire. A better method for using a damp towel would be letting the towel soak in a bowl with hot water for a few minutes, then apply it(I think that is what you were referring to).

I struggle with this bit. If I wrap up to the head I get too much blood in there and it makes my first hanging session a bit hard to get going. I started heating just mid way up my dick and around the base. Then put the heat sock over when hanging.

I used heat in my first six months or so but eschewed it entirely for convenience reasons. Now that I’m working from home, I’ve been incorporating it again and it feels great.

Would I have gained more by now had I kept up with the heat? Most likely, yes.
