I agree, but I guess there is a very loose definition of Theory being used.

The main problem I have is the fact that you are changing the angle of the tugging force. If anyone knows about vector physics, you will realize this fault in the LOT procedure. I have a very very strong pullback from 8-11, and less (but it still exists) at 6-7 AND 12. Why? Vector physics. By changing the angle, you are changing the force on the x-axis (the axis that the BC muscle is on). Completely parallel with this axis will give the greatest tugback, and 90 degrees away in either direction from it will give much less, no matter how strong or tight or low or high your ligs are.

Hey! I’m new in PE ..

I’m a little bit lost about this thing LOT. Only thing I know is that my erections are almost parallel to my body.. Does that mean that I have a High LOT, and that I should be working me manual stretches downwards?
What is hanging? Should I tie some weight from my penis by the use of a rope or what?!

Or you could go to the hanging forum here at Thunder’s and find ways of hanging that won’t cripple your willie for life.

If you haven’t done so already, you might want to check out the LOT simulator on the login page. It hasn’t been proven to be accurate yet, but it does show in fairly clear terms what’s going on during LOT testing.


Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

The shorter, tighter, or higher the ligs, the more ‘inner’ penis, and the more quick, easy gains which are possible, and possibly the more total gains which are possible as the ligs are lengthened.

How can I check what size ligs do I have?

Hey guys I’m a total newbie, I’ve been researching this website for a week or so and was finally able to sign up the other day, I have been researching and came across this LOT theory and I am confused myself. I tested my self and I lose tugback at 7:00. Is that mean I have little to gain out of length?
Because if so this news is a little depressing.

I have been doing PE for about a month now, jelq and manual newbie exercises, and here are my results so far.

2-27-07, EL-5.5, EG-4.25

3-31-07, EL-5.75, EG-4.50

Don’t be depressed. Use LOT simply as a way of judging whether you are working on your ligaments or whether some of the force you are exerting is being taken by the root of your penis or exertion of the BC muscle. In your case you know that 7 or lower will be targeting your ligaments.

From your results so far you seem to be gaining easy length. I assume that you are measuring after a couple of days rest from PE.

The Newbie Routine is an excellent place to start.

Yes memento, I have just taken a couple of days off, and I am super excited about my minimal gains so far. I actually have been following the Newbie Routine and I plan on using for a while before I start hanging or anything advanced.

Starting- EL-5.5, EG-4.25

Goal- EL-7.5, EG-5.5

Can these be realistic goals?

.25” in both length and girth in a month is not minimal. If that continued (which it probably won’t) you’d reach your goals in 8 months.

I don’t see why you shouldn’t reach your goals. Just remember that PE can be a long process. If you are willing to commit in terms of years you stand a good chance.
