I believe some people have used plumbing “o-rings” which can be found in various (and hopefully the proper) sizes at most hardware stores.

Maybe even some kind of quite thick rubber band, I had this ‘one size fits all’ that basically was a thick rubber band joined togheter by a locking mechanism so you could adjust it as loose or tight as one wanted. I don’t know the actual name of them but those elastic hair bands make good cockrings. They are nothing more than ultra-mini bungee cords but they are super comfortable and work quite well.

I must say thank you to those who have posted. I always thought I wanted the 8x6 but have redefined my goals to 7x5. One thing that’s safe and easy is self adhering sport wrap, similar to an ace bandage. I don’t like metal for clamping or cock rings. The potential for injury is real and nasty. Soft cloth can keep you engorged in a safer, more convenient fashion. But I would order an extender. Nothing wrong with deep dicking!
