Buy yourself a jelq device (or make one) .you can easily jelq with only one hand using this device (I use this device with one hand only), but be careful with the pressure that you use, cause it’s quite intensive.

There we go the advice is getting alittle better, should really have posted this in advance section, but I was having trouble with lag so I got lazy, I’ve been doing pe for nearly a yr and a half now, clamping & pumping for 2 months.

Yah I was think 1 handed jelqs would be alot like masterbating, I jgiuess I could try clamping, 3 short 5 minute seasssions with kegls inbetween, I really would love 2 hear from somone that dun it & asking my partner 2 do it for me would be weird don’t think the relatiobnship would last ahhaah, 30 minutes a night jeling me haha,

Why not try edging and ballooniing? That only requires 1 hand.

I’m not sure how one handed jelqs can be considered any more/less masterbation than the two handed version, but maybe I’m missing something. Besides, most broken bones mend in 6-8 weeks, so if you don’t want to do one handed jelqs this might be a good time for aa decon break.

Do a search on fow. He’s been around for years, I think since the beginning of Thunder’s, and he has made some remarkable gains over the years (using one handed jelqs as one of his workouts). He’s a really intelligent and friendly guy, whom I have found is more than happy to answer any questions you might have. You might have read about exercises named after him, fowfers and night fowfers.

Make your brain work and use the non dominant hand.

Stretches only use one hand, as another member mentioned, pumping uses one hand. If the fingers are exposed on the broken hand, they can hold an end of an ADS while you attach it to your leg or where ever you attach it to. Fowler’s are an excellent idea (Look Ma, no hands)

You can jelq with one hand, yes its harder and when it isn’t your dominant hand it would be really difficult, but can be done and is good for the brain to have to learn a new task. Just trust me on that one ok.

I’d be more concerned how I would wipe my ass. I guess if you figure that out, you can figure PE out as well.

1. Clamping isn’t for newbies.

2. You need two hands to get out of a clamp. You have to be able to get out of it, and get out of it quickly. Isn’t going to happen one-handed.

A jelq stroke is nothing like a jerk-off stroke.

Jelq stroke is designed to force expansion of the tissue with blood.
Jack off stroke does nothing like that. For one think it is faster, for another thing you are not squeezing.

Sometimes I masturbate with two hands, it is nothing like jelqing.

Additionally sometimes I jelq with one hand, it is nothing like masturbating. You still get the engorgment, etc when you jelq, even if you are only using one hand.

Personally, I prefer left handed jelqs, and considering that I do strictly dry jelqs, using one hand is a given. I actually only do right handed jelqs for symmetry and parity.
