Supposedly work for both, an excercise to be treated carefully though, start with a half turn and don’t pull hard until you get a good feel for them.

So, guys. As I noticed real lack of feedback there, but was interested in method. Here is my, despite I write it REALLY EARLY, but still -

I started bundled stretches around 3 days ago.
Doing around 10-15 minutes once a day, twisting from 180 to 300-400 degree. Variation due to high slippery with PE gel.

Minuses -
Didn’t spot yet. Also avoid ANY pain-like discomfort.

Pluses(in just 3 DAYS) -
Penis feels thicker/thougher(also when it lie erected on my ABS it feels heavier than before)
Night erections became stronger
It is HECK BUT - sensations in penis became brighter like 4x more. As I was masturbating much during puberty - my sensations really low and I can go like hour or two sex-run without being near ejaculation. After bundled - I started cumming faster, but it came with greater sensitivity! :)

I didn’t take measures yet, as backed to PE again around….week or another ago only. So would report in December something more. But for now bundled stretches would be key exercise for me. As my regular stretches really adding length slowly plus weakening erection, while this….goes kinda interesting and improve areas that I didn’t work on yet.


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

I’m going to try these out in the morning while I drink my coffee and read the news. I can just twist my dick and pull it down and hold between my butt cheeks. I think they call this a fowfer.

So far I could say that bundled stretches works like awesome warp up overall for penis.

First that I feel after them greater engorgement along with relaxation. It pleases me more than regular Jelqs, due to which penis solidifies and I feel like….”hitting the wall”, that no superior amount of blood coming into it.

Second point that sometimes I hit really epic twisting angle that I actually feel rising heat in penis’s body. Awesome sensation, but getting it like only once per 3 day.

Third - peins with greater ease getting full. Despite me having good lvl of testosterone, it was worse before bundled stretches.

Have you continued to perform bundled stretches in your routine? If so, have you gained any girth from them?

I’ve started them a week or so ago just in the shower 7-10 minutes. Now I’m doing them for 30 ministers twice a day with heat. I can say that in a short time my dick is def heavier. Not sure on gains as I’m not really tracking them atm. Reason being is I want to start hanging again but I don’t have the privacy I once had so it will be a few months until I get back to that and start tracking my gains. I do wrap after my morning session and at night after that session I tuck it between my legs by my ass and clamp down to hold it there while I sleep

Are people gaining with these without any other work?

I think I’m pretty much done with jelqing and clamping due to discolouration reasons. But if bundled stretches worked then that’d be a solution without any discolouration.

How long is everybody holding a single stretch? I find it difficult to do anything extended as I’m gripping behind my head and my hands get tired quickly.

Just noticed I posted a bunch of the previous page a while ago, lol.

I never ended up trying these for any lengthy period as my hands would get tired, and never tried them with the light.

I may give them a go now after showing, but I think that some sort of device that would help with grip would be useful.

To add to the above, I’d consider getting the Lengthmaster 3. I know we don’t promote that guy here, but it seems like it’d be a great tool to get extended bundled stretches with ease.

Good Morning! I am Brazilian and I use a translator to understand what you write, but what would be a grouped stretch? How is this exercise performed?

About two months ago I started doing 100 jelqs followed by 100 side to side bundled stretches in each direction and then another 100 jelqs before starting my ADS (home made) sessions. Will wait for four months before making any measurements.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"
