Make a V with your index and middle finger, point it downwards, now slide it over the top of your dick so that the very base of your shaft sits at the bottom of the V.
Take your other hand and make an OK grip just under your glans.
Now pull the OK grip upwards and away from the v hand.
You’ll stretch out the shaft of your dick without pulling on the suspensory ligaments, therefore stretching the tunica

Hmm yes that is better. I’m just a bit paranoid about buying stuff like that off ebay sometimes. There’s no brand name. Is it legitimate? Is it really what it says it is, etc. I’m sure it’s fine it’s just me being paranoid. I’ll take a look around ebay and see if there’s something like that I feel ok with.

I’m sure you can find something similar, legit, on Amazon with a bit of searching.

Have to say I won’t PE without my IR again.

Looking forward to bringing bundled stretches back in.. Just have to find the patience to jp90 to get some condition back first after this decon break.

Amazed at not losing anything during decon, hopefully with a year’s worth of bundled stretches during my second year of PE I might hit that magical 6 inch mark

Problem is that it gets EXTREMELY hot. But I could try it out. Also you’re supposed to use safety goggles when using it which is a bit annoying.

I like this type of lamp because it doesn’t produce any light… just heat.

Glad it’s working out for you. I’ll have to start incorporating the same thing. I’ve had such a huge problem adding girth… I hope this helps. Bundled stretches seem important for pre-girth workouts based on what I’ve read here and other forums. I’ve never really done that so I will start.

Yeah I’d read that thread by marineira, have to say I don’t fancy that hanging jelq thing much, but the fulcrum stretch over a tube I was planning on incorporating this year.

I actually don’t know if I fully understand what he’s describing. Do you understand it? From what I gather you attach the hanger, let it slide down your cock below your glans, and then just let it hang there for a while?

Okay I think I have the idea of the bundled stretch, there’s been lots of descriptions about it but I’m a visual learner. A video is really needed to make sure I’ve got it right. Is there a video out there somewhere?

I’ve seen better EQ, better flaccid hang and close to an extra quarter inch expansion during girth work. Very impressed with results so far. I’ll measure in 6 weeks to see if I get any permanent girth/length gain.
