Toilet paper should help with both the grip and the lube. I found that quite a bit of the sensations felt during the bulndled stretch came from the skin .

Can someone gain girth only from a stretching routine?

My experience has been that I have gained length and girth without targeting girth only.

That’s true. Is it too late to restart? I’ve been clamping for 3 months inconsistently. It’s been 4 days since I last clamped. Can I still go back to the jp90 routine? I just want to start over with the less is more approach.

Anyone used bundled stretches with the phallosan forte? You could easily put in 30 mins of bundled stretches with no effort. I may give it a try.
