bundled stretches for people struggling with girth gains

So where do I go on here for some advice on length gains please?

I can’t remember. It was such a long ago. I don’t bother using them since I don’t want any more girth. Sometimes I did them for 1 min each, sometimes as long as I wanted without looking at the clock. Do what feels best and don’t push it too much. As for every other exercise/routine I think twice a day at least is best.

Wurst, how long have you been away from PE? Did you retain the girth you gained from this method (i.e. still 6.3”)? Thanks!

Hi Wurst… are you still here?

I have a question about these. How much expansion did you see directly after doing these? I ask because for orange bends I would see minimal expansion post-workout, however I did gain from them. Whereas with some exercises I could see huge expansion afterwards and gain nothing from them.

So I just wanna know that if I’m not seeing huge expansion after doing this that there’s still a chance of gaining (because I don’t get a lot of expansion from them directly after a workout).

Like a lot of threads here you have some theory that sounds great but lacks follow through in action or feedback. My “assumption” is that this will work in conjuction with other exercises that increase girth. If I understand it correctly, this is a way to breakdown the structure using force that cannot be acheived with simple engorgement or stretching. I will give this a try and see if I can get some positive results. I have plateaued at 6” girth (or at least slowed WAY down) and will report if I see any major changes over 6-8 weeks.

You’ve already achieved really nice girth — congrats. What was your starting measurement?

I have bicep tendon surgery tomorrow. Down an arm, I will be unable to jelq for 6-8 weeks; my current routine is a jelq/light hang regimen (with rest as EQ mandates). Because if this thread (and surgery), I’ve decided to use bundled stretches exclusively during my recovery. I’ll report with results.

I will join in the fun. My progress has always been slow, seem to always be stuck at some level. I have been doing bundled stretches, but not enough to attribute any progress to that activity. I will be more diligent and report back.


When young I was about bpel 6x5 by 2002 size had shrunk down to bpel 5.5x4.8 with age, had to do something!

09/10 bpel 8.4, eg 5.8 midshaft (6.3 base) Goal- 9x6.2 average eg.

I am excited to hear that people will be reporting back on this. Out of desperation, I am currently throwing the kitchen sink at my girth, so I will not be able to determine the effectiveness of the bundles themselves :/

It is hard not to ”throw the kitchen sink” at PE. It’s something I think we all struggle with at some point. While I have no desire to endure a long recovery post-op, it will be interesting to see the results of only one PE exercise.

Well I’m getting nothing from this unfortunately… no post-exercise expansion whatsoever. What do the rest of you get in terms of expansion right after doing this?

I get none either, I don’t even feel much pressure inside my dick after turning it 360 degrees at head and like 180-240 midshaft.

You guys are twisting then pulling right ?

I find the feeling of stretch with these is pretty intense and the flaccid hang after is longer and looser.

Yeah I am pulling as hard as I can pretty much, I get a little feeling of stretch, but no intense feeling inside my dick like with erect jelqs or anything. I mean, I hang slightly longer and looser, but that always happen when I play with my dick, and since it was focusing on girth I thought it would be more of a tingling feeling in the middle of it.
