For your wrap, try a baby sock or a hair scrunchie. Both are cheap as hell, and for a clamping wrap you can double or fold thrice to adjust thickness for the perfect clamp pressure. With a baby sock, you can make 2 from a pair. With the scrunchie, 6-8 per.

Yes, try it. If you find that you don’t need to take that time off, then try doing something less stressful for that week, like only hanging with a modest wt.

Some guys have found that that scheduled break helps gains trememdously, some find it hinders…you have to experiment. However,it seems like you are showing classic signs of needed time down.

Air Bubbles In My Penis!!!

Hey guys, I couldn’t start a new thread, because I haven’t posted in over a year so hopefully someone reads this post and replies.

Anyways I’ve been clamping for a while now, at least 2 years, I’ve been doing 30 second horse440s (squeezes) and have been gaining SLOWLY but surely, almost at that 6” girth, started from 5” or slightly under…

ANYWAYS I’ve always had bubbles at the top near base of my member, on the right side. They are not thrombosed veins( I’ve had a couple of those, they hurt) they feel simply like bubbles under my skin, I usually get them after a good clamping session and I usually massage them out and they are completely gone in an hour if not less. Should I care? They haven’t bothered me, but still….what if its one of those things where an air bubble gets trapped in a vein and then travels to your heart and u get a heart attack? Seriously.

Also my cock is now deep red colored, doesn’t bother me or my gf, people think I was born like that….I guess there isn’t much I can do about that right? Been red like that for years now.

Try Home Depot. I live in Northern California and I have two Home Depots near my residence. One of the stores had run out of mediums, but the other had them in stock. I just purchased 3 mediums from there ($1.31 each). Look in the Hardware section, at the end of the aisle, it should have a display for cable cuffs.

When you clamp or pump and even jelque, you can force edema into the tissues, and that starts to drain out through the lymphatic channels afterward. This can show as “lumps” and worm like vessels (whitish). If you massage them toward the base of the penis, most times you unblock them and have no problems.

The problems happen when they “block” and don’t drain. Most guys mis-identify this as “thrombosed veins”.

Sounds like you are doing fine, just keep up what you are doing and it should be fine.

Hey guys I have a question, when I clamp I gain like up to 1.1 in EG is that normal? The fluid build up is ridiculous lol. And 1 more thing are off days mandatory with clamping or optional? Getting back to PE this week and wanted to ask for opinions.

I was thinking of the 3on 1 off then 2 on 1 off.

Anyone?

I need to stimulate all the way through the clamping sessions to keep erect. But erection is not most important, that is to keep the penis engorged. To achieve this, you need to wear a proper wrap and clamp. There is a lot of information about this in this thread but I know it is a bit difficult to find.

Sparkyx, I took a week off (quit Prelox) and get a lot better engorgement. Got some quick gains in one week directly after that. Thanks!

I hope your post count doesn’t reflect the extensiveness of your PE career. I’ll assume it doesn’t and try to answer your questions:

1.1 increase in EG is a big increase, very big. The increase should NOT be due to fluid buildup but by extreme engorgement of the CC/CS. If it’s fluid buildup you have a problem. Days off are not mandatory. I suggest you read remek’s awesome post on it:
