I have this problem with measuring, i measure too often, maybe 3-5 times a week and its become discouraging to see no gains or a gain and then a loss.So i thought i would try some different regime that i thought will bring the gains on and not measure for a month.After a week i thought i would check my progress thinking it looks bigger and too my surprise there was no increase but a decrease.Anyway thats not the first time its happened its become the norm, a constant battle leading to no where.Anyway i didnt give up i keeped doing what i thought would work and at the end of the week i took the dreaded measurement and again found no change.Iv become very demotivated, discouraged and even sick of it.Its been one full year of PE for me and i have not gained a millimeter in girth. :( To me when it comes to girth its totally temporary i can make a gain of maybe .3 (which is good for me) after a two day break but end up loosing it, i get all the signs of growth like the pumped up plump look that so called expansion brings but no lasting gain. :( The funny part of it is im still coming back here to check the posts, i mean i took a few day off but im back to checking post but only very briefly.Im adicted to this place.
Me, im only going for girth i dont stretch at all i think if i was going for length i would gain it but i dont want a thin long dick.Iv gained over 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in length, i havnt taken a accurate length measurement im just happy to see half an inch gain and sometimes 3/4 wihout any type of stretching(well its been a long time since i stretched).

I think PE is giving me false hope because of the temporary plumpness and it gives, i have become very demotivated and feel like hanging up my boots i think its time to accept where i am and what i have, iv gain half an inch in length and i think thats great, its half an inch that i didnt have.I just want to thank you all for posting and especially everyone that answered my posts and tryed to help (even though i didnt ask much at all).Its been great coming here to thunders, if im on the net im on thunders so i dont know where to go now.This place is going to be missed and i ll never forget it.I wish you all the best of luck with your gains and i hope you all reach your goals and be happy with your dick because thats what its all about right.

I am sorry to hear that you have made no girth increases and I can fully understand why you are so disillusioned.

I feel that I may have a similar problem to you with regard to girth increases. I have been PEing for 3 months now and have gained 0.75” in length but only 0.1” in girth.

It may be that you have exhausted all avenues to gain girth, but I feel it would be extremely useful to everyone else in the forum if you were to detail the routines you have been following in your attempt to gain girth.

It seems to me that our knowledge of how to achieve length gains is ahead of our knowledge of girth gains. I think it would also be useful if we could start a controlled experiment on girth growth for hard gainers like us, similar to the LOT experiment. We could get together with some of the vets and agree a set of exercises, reps, frequency and intensity and report back each month.

What do you think? Would you be interested?

Is anyone else interested in this? What do the mods think of this idea?

I have been doing PE one year this month. The first month i saw a small gain in thickness and no length. Month after month nothing but my dick was nicer looking more veins, too. Then in the fifth month I started growing. That was really nice. Some slow gains since then. I have grown 3/4 inch in length and 1 1/4 in girth. If I had quit at 5 months I would have had no real growth.

I should add my hang had improved dramatically though after the first few months. I had promised myself to try 6 months. I found that I needed some rest more than lots of other guys here to get growth. Everyone doesn’t respond the same way. It would be nice to be a fast grower, but it doesn’t happen like that for most guys I think. Good luck with your decision.

Hi there, since I started PEing more intensely in January I have also seen only length gains. My girth is already 5.5 which I think is enough for me for now. But I was kinda expecting some girth gains as a side effect and after introducing 80-90% erect jelqing and horses still no changes.

Well I don’t really mind to see only length gains, but maybe it will help if you add exercises to attack the tunica in your routine like a-stretch and v-stretch before you jelq or do horses.

jelqking, this makes me feel so sad that you are giving up. I think what you need is to become re-motivated. I understand the measuring discouragement and how that adds to the general lack of motivation. I wish there was a pill we could take that would make everything right when we are feeling this way. I have been feeling sad over the last couple weeks too and I have felt it in my workouts. I have gone through this discouragement before and usually I come back with a re-newed vengeance. It is really hard to see any kind of hope when your feeling down but sometimes you have to go on the word of others. Things will improve. Maybe you just need some time away from the game for a bit. I would hate for Thunders to lose you. If I can help in anyway let me know.

We need more girth experiments and more ideas… We already know much more about lenght gains then we know about girth gains, don’t we? Perhaps a person with much spare time and who feels motivated can start a thread about this so we get things started.

And yes, I wouldn’t mind some girth gains :)


Restarting everything.

My English isn’t all that, but what I’ve gathered from other posts is that the tunica surrounds the CC and CS and is tough material. When you have an erection the tunica is what’s giving it the upward angle shape. I guess the tunica limits the length but also the girth. Then I think of a balloon, if I give it a couple good pulls first it’s easier to blow up.

I don’t know if this makes any sense :)

Jelqking- Not sure what your routine is so it is hard to make suggestions. Maybe you should make a commitment not to measure for 60 days and change your routine.

I have done fairly well with about 10 to 15 minutes a day of dry jelq and 10 to 15 minutes a day of wet jelq with some simple squeezes the last 5 minutes- 7 days a week.

Don’t give up. I’m sure you can reach your goals if you come up with the proper routine for you. CL

Its all about CC expansion for girth. Expand the CC consistently, and you should get some girth gains.

Give yourself a few days/weeks to let the frustration pass, then come back even stronger. Give up now, and you gain nothing more.

I remember reading a post in PE Forum, I think it was by Uli the guy who invented the Uli exercise. He said that he did girth exercises twice a day, morning and night. He said it kept him pumped up all day. If it worked for him, why not us. I’m going to add on a little girth work to my stretching routine in the morning.

What do you have to lose? Everybody runs into a road block every now and then. Sometimes you have to try many exercise routines as much as possible in order to find what actually works.

Look I first I was a non-believer. I started at 6.0 nbp and now I am 8.0 nbp. It is easier for me to gain girth. I am currently hanging and now my length is growing.

I have had plenty of dry spells. It ran me crazy. I wanted to quit. But for what. I asked myself a question what do I have to lose?

I will gain everything from going forward.

Do not give up. Remember, “There is no struggle without progress.”

Keep your head up and not stop dream. Listen to these guys they have been where your at. PE is works. Sometimes it takes attitude adjustment and patience.

You be the judge. However, I am just saying do NOT QUIT.

DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED! I am not expert. However, I know one day I have been praying for a bigger penis. So when I found that it was possible to PE. I jumped for the mission. I have been happy ever since.

Remember do not give up. Please, Do not give up. It will get better.

We are all in this together remember that. We all started with a vision to get bigger D’s. Not jump for our women but for ourselves.

If there could be one great saying I have ever heard from somebody that inspired me in life it would have been what my high school cross country coach said to me & the team back about 5 years ago.

“Just keep it up because you’re only going to get better”.

Regardless of how your rate of gain is- if you keep applying force to that dick of yours, it’s going to gain eventually and be better than it was previously.

I am no insane gainer myself- but I feel that if I miss one workout I will lose everything. So I just push forward. PE is also great for a healthier, stronger penis in general no matter what the size is!

More blood flow, harder erections, and if you’re like me… you’ll think the bronze effect from the jelqing/girth exercises is really cool :D

In life you have to be a stubborn s.o.b. if you are going to get as much of what you want as possible. I have been doing PE off and on for like 5 freakin years! At around the 3 or 4 year point I got just enough length and girth gains to know I could gain. That was probable enough to keep me motivated for a decade.

I want a big penis really really bad and I am not willing to accept that it cant’t be as big as I want it to be.

I say up the intensity very very slowly. At some point you penis has got to give up. That is what I am doing and it seems to be working.

I think that in this battle with your penis, the only line to be drawn is injury. Some go too far in this quest.

Have you tried the Uli thing? It is hard for me image a way to apply a greater force than that.

The way I look at it, if I only gain 0.25” a year, then great. :thumbs:

It would be 1/4” more than I’ve had for the last 10 or so years! (since my dick stopped growing).

And if it meant that in eight years time my dick would be 2” bigger then I’ll never have doubts about allowing myself half an hour every other day for PE.

Keep yourself motivated by thinking about your targets, no matter how long it takes, ‘cause you will get there.

Whoever you are, there’s always gonna be someone else on this site who’s getting quicker gains. Just take comfort in the fact that you have discovered PE and your dick WILL be bigger than it was.
