I hate to say it, but it’s true, I’m beginning to get discouraged. Not enough to quit, but enough to become determined to see results.

I have to wonder if I’m doing things right. I have been seeing posts in which many of you guys are seeing results anywhere from a week to a couple of months. I’ve been at PE now for about 4 months and nothing.

I’m healthy as far as my physique is concerned. I take vitamins on a regular basis. Drink more water than a fish. I work out consistently.

I even work out Mr. Willy on a consistent basis. Well, I had been. For the past couple of weeks I took time off during the holidays.
My routine: 3-4 minutes of warm up. 4-5 minutes of manual stretching with intense pressure. Since I’ve started back I’m stretching as often as I can. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a day. I also do about 100-150 very slow jelgs. I even do a few squeezes after the jelq session.

I need advice and encouragement.

I’m a bit embarrassed. I’ve seen minimal flaccid gains of about 1/2 in.
Erect I haven’t seen a thing happen. Not in length or girth.
Erect I’m holding right at 5 1/2 in. (That’s pitiful. Some of you guys are my size flaccid.)

Personally I did not gain (much) by yelking.

Perhaps you should start hanging to stretch up your ligs. Those are easy gains.

After that is is stretching the tunica. I have a tunica made of kevlar. It is tough, but I keep on trying.

So must you.

Try different tactics. And remember, some guys have to wait for a year or longer to experience gains. It can be a very slow proces.

Also, if your dick does not feel somewhat sore after your routine, nothing much will happen.
Just like in sports. You have to feel fatigue in order to get progress.

Gains in the first month are rarely actual gains (deformation), but rather increased erection strength and in some cases regaining what has been lost over time. Compared to some people’s experiences a gain in the first 6 months could be considered fast.

OK, after doing this for 4 months and seeing no gains, it’s time for a change. Do you know your LOT?

I think you need to increase your session time to 30 minutes and build up to 45 gradually from there. I found timing jelq sessions to give a better work out than counting reps, and would fit in with this schedule. Since you pity your EL I will assume you are aiming for length gains primarily, and advise you to spend most of your workout stretching, and maybe 10-15 jelqing, done after the stretching.

I understand your frustration. When I 1st started pe I didn’t gain anything for the 1st 3months, then I had some fast gains and then nothing again for the next 6+ months.

I would suggest changing your routine in some way. Do your exercises in a different order, or change the exercises. Sometimes certain exercises just don’t work as well for some guys. If your doing slow jelqs, try doing more fast jelqs……..ect.

Sometimes a change does the trick.

PE is a personal experiment, and if you find that what your doing isn’t working, do something different.

All great ideas fellas. I’m open to any other advice that might be out there. I thought it was time for a change. I know in bodybuilding when I stop seeing results or get no results after a short period I change up some things. In PE I’m still pretty new, that’s why I’m here. Advice Advice Advice.

Try jelqing like this. It is a way to jelq that will max out internal pressure, so go slow at first, but this should get things moving for you:

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

For me, gains come when i pull with extended gradual pressure.

How long do you hold each stretch? I hold each stretch for between one and two minutes. After 10 minutes I really see a better hang. Eventually, this translates into a longer erection.

I know what you’re going through. I’m dealing with it myself right now. Five months into this and no gains. I’m stepping up with some hanging with the famous wench (now that I’ve made some adjustments). As well, I’ve just finished a couple days of relentless stretching and can feel the fatigue right now.

Sorry that you haven’t made gains either but very happy that you’ve spoke up so I don’t feel quite so alone in this. And I know exactly what you’re talking about with all the positive gain posts…they can be a bit frustrating.

I’ve felt encouraged reading PirateSteve’s story as well as seeing Avocet 8’s third anniversary. Obviously Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Im feeling for ya bro!!
I started at just over 5” bpel, so I kind of know how you feel.
Ive been lucky enough to get great early gains (1.5 ” in three months) on basically the routine you describe. I did however do my jelqs differently than Ive ever read…that is fast. Id do about 300 at first, each one taking less than a second and with only 50% erection. I gradually worked up to 500 reps.

But I have now hit a wall and my gains have stopped totally in the last month.

Im now looking to modify my routine and I tried gprent101,s suggestion. Now gains as yet, but wow, he’s right, maxed pressure. I even had discolouration under my penis, so I stopped for a few days, applied hot water bottle and massaged the discolouration away. Started back at it yesterday gradually but did only 100 reps taking 4-5 seconds per rep at 60-70% erection.

Felt much better than before.

Just dont give up man..it will be worth the wait!!

Im appreciating more and more every day just how lucky I am with such good early gains. I do believe that some of those are lost previous length although I cant give any numbers as although I did measure when I was younger, I measured differently and so cant compare measurements.

4-5 minutes of stretching is not much in my opinion. I do about 25 - 30 minutes worth 2 -4 times per week and have achieved modest gains (about 1 inch in 10 months).

Although there are some who gain with a relatively “light” routine I would recommend you put in more time if you can.

Don’t give up, it works you just need to find what works for you.

I think this is the “secret” of PEing. This is the answer every newbie (including me!) is looking for, and of course, the answer no one can give.
