Well I did 1.75” in 5 months, with 2 PE sessions a day 20 mins in the morning and 20 mins in the evening, a maximum of 15 mins jelqing a day. That seems to be a load less than a lot of newbies and the gains are pretty reasonable. In that 5 month period the longest time I took off was 3 weeks and I regularly took a week off. I started 3:1 and then moved on to 5:2
I think generally that frequent workout work better too but I don’t see this as a bar to proper healing, in the end we all sleep and all manage to put a few hours between sessions.

I think the faster it is the better. Thats one good reason for a hot wrap after a session, it will draw blood in as the boody tries to cool the area. I do think you have a point on the complete healing thing if you consider complete healing as something likely to create extra strength. I do know that 5:2 worked well for me because the penis was stressed consistently and then given time too heal, I’m sure there is an advantage in healing even if its not quite ‘complete’ healing.
