Don't know how to break Plateau

Try castor oil topically, I plateaued pumping and after a couple weeks the dull ache of what I think is the sweet spot, where ya wanna be came back strong

(Posting here as well as my original dedicated all in one thread about my efforts to increase erect penis length)

Well I’m terribly disappointed to say that after my last post and after doing PE and using an ESL40 stretcher I still haven’t got my maximum gains back and I am STILL 5 1/2 inches when erect.

I really don’t know what to do here guys. You all say for me to be patient and I get told off whenever I get frustrated and upset about this - well I’ve maintained a calm approach for so many months and tried to PE in more advanced ways as well as the same ways that I did before and all that has NOT paid off.

Using ESL40 nearly 100% of the days, including in bed, for 3-4 months, well that hasn’t produced an erect length increase. Neither has doing my PE and altering up my routine either. I am still only 5 1/2 inches.

I really don’t get it that other people see gains by doing similar things but I don’t. I get frustrated and I ask people here for help but I also get told off for venting my irritations here as well, which isn’t fair.

I’ve put my faith and trust into these techniques and am told that time will bring an increase in PE but nothing has happened.

Right now I don’t know if I should quit, take a break, or increase or alter up my routine or my stretches. ADS has done nothing - taking a break in the past has done nothing, and altering my PE routine has done nothing.

So what do I do now? What answers are there to solve my problem? I’ve posted these questions time and time again and get few tips or help, so I would really appreciate some kind of breakthrough assistance or reassurance here. I don’t want false hope - I’ve been given that before here. I need to really examine the specifics of my penis, my PE routine, my ADS etc. and try to figure out what is gonna make my efforts click and crack the solution to finally increasing my penis erect length.

I got to 5 3/4s inch, now I’m back and stalling at 5 1/2 inches. How the hell do I increase me erect PE length and keep it going?

Help me someone.

If you are stalling at a size smaller than normal, take time off until your size begins to come back. To break past a plateau, I usually increased volume. If I don’t gain in a month, I increase. If I gain, I stick with what I’m doing until it stops working.

I prefer using an extender as I have seen steady gains with these devices. Studies also prove their effectiveness. This might be something you should consider trying.

Maybe try my routine? PM me, I can share. I have shared elsewhere, but Mem’s mementous gain thread helped me a lot. There is a lot about a 2x a day deal (different exercises).

The basics:

Don’t do the same thing for more than a couple of weeks.

Morning - Hot jelquing workout:
1. In Shower
2. With a high vitamin lotion — I use Gold Bond Healing
3. It is fairly straightforward: 60 low-speed jelques, some inflation (head exercises), and “slinky”style workouts.
4. up to 3x the above step 3. Should be about 15-20 min in the shower.

Evening - Stretch.
1. Using a stretcher, find over a few days what stress level gives you an ache in the root to maybe about half way up the penis.
2. I stretch for 1 to 1.5 hours.
3. Sometimes, I have to stretch at VERY HIGH stresses to get the penis to ache…. those are the times that I think I would have otherwise hit a plateau. That ache is really critical to know it’s working. If no ache… you’re just squishing the dick. If sharp pain… then NO NO NO NO NO. Abort immediately if you feel sharp pain. I have put it on way back when starting this and have done a very bad thing…. he retracted really badly.

It’s all about listening to your dick. All of the newbie posts should be revisited. There are some very basic truths there that you should think about. Do some exercises, if he handles it and doesn’t ache, then you’re not moving the needle. But, don’t expect that “over doing” helps… it actually works against you. Listen to him, he will tell you.

My stretcher is home made but I can do some crazy stress on the guy. It’s a reverse-v, around the leg style stretcher. If you want, I can tell you how to make one.

I also use essential oils daily… which — IN MY OPINION —- are doing something…

Stay strong brother, not all is lost!

I started around 7x5 ish, and am now destroying the wife with a 8-3/8” x 6.5”…. it is possible.

I already had to take time off due to me stalling. Then I came back and did PE again. Didn’t increase erect penis length either.

I’m back and heating for 30 minutes instead of the previous 20 minutes before I do stretching and jelqing. I’m still stretching for 20 minutes and then jelqing for 20 minutes which is what I did before. I’m not sure if increasing the time on either would help or be actually counter productive.

When you say increase volume, what do you specifically mean?

Well I’ve been using an ESL40 stretcher for the last several months, and using it pretty much all the time, again even when I sleep. Hasn’t changed anything it seems.

What extenders do you recommend? What’s the difference between a stretcher and extender anyway? It’s confusing to see people talk about the 2 like they’re their own separate categories but seem to do the same thing (stretch the penis).

I think generally a long-duration extender is made to wear for longer periods of time whereas a stretcher is made to wear for shorter durations at higher stresses.

The shower routine sounds a bit tricky to. 15-20 minutes is a lot of water to use up and I don’t know if it’s necessary as I can get more heat to my penis using my infra red lamp. I wonder if I could do such a routine with the lamp instead?

I also wonder why someone would jelq without stretching first?

I like the idea of intense stretching in the evening. I use an ESL40 stretcher throughout the day and even when I sleep, but it’s a moderate stretch. To do an intense stretch to make the penis ache sounds interesting. Would like to know more about the device you use. Maybe I will PM later but also would like to see what you say here too. I need a link to that thread of Mem’s.

Thing is when it comes to extra intensity a worried part of me thinks that I may have done over intense exercises to my penis a while ago to make my gains shrink from 5 3/4s inch to 5 1/2 inches. I took a break too to let the penis recover if it needed to. But if I’m not getting back to my normal max gains then maybe I’ve done longer lasting or permanent damage that hasn’t healed, and I’m making it worse by carrying on doing PE? But this may be a paranoid thought, I can’t think that I’ve overstretched or over jelqed it to that extent, and I’ve given my penis enough rest periods since I noticed my gains loss.

Thanks. I wonder which is the most effective, or if using both (using both during the day) is a good idea.

I spoke to the owner of the ESL40 on the phone about how it works, and he says that wearing it pretty much all the time each day should give 1 inch penis increase after 1 year. I’ve worn it for 3-4 months nearly every hour of the day, though with some days off for 5 day periods on rare occasion) and I’ve not seen around a 1/4 of an inch increase to me penis. Again, I’m still tapping out and hitting my ceiling at 5 1/2 inches before I used the ESL40 regularly. So it hasn’t done any increase at all.

Some history of what I do for PE.

After doing the newbie routine, I built upon it until I settled into doing…

20 minutes infra red lamp heat
20 minutes stretch (with lamp)
20 minutes jelq (with lamp)
20 minutes kegel

That got me up from 5 1/4 inches to 5 3/4 inches, and on 1 or 2 occasions up to 6”

Then after a break, I fell back to 5 1/2 inches.

After breaks in doing PE I came back to doing this routine again to hopefully get me back up to speed and at least back to my original maximum gains of 5 3/4 inches. But it never got bigger than 5 1/2 inches.

Now I have been using the ESL40 for the last few months nearly every hour and every day. The odd rare break of 5 days due to situations like being ill where I didn’t feel like wearing it etc.

Now my PE routine is

30 minutes heat (IR Lamp)
20 minutes stretch (with heat)
20 minutes jelq (with heat)

For a while I didn’t bother kegelling thinking that it wasn’t necessary for penis length increase. But for the last few weeks I started doing keels for 20 minutes but not immediately following the jelqing, as my penis was too exhausted after the jelqing, and now I can kegel stronger.

It’s weird that the original routine got me up to 5 3/4s inch, but then fell back to 5 1/2 inches after a break. But doing the routine again (but with 10 mins more heating) hasn’t returned my gains of 5 3/4s inch like that routine did in the first place. In theory it should have done this.

Answering a few things:

1. My morning/evening routines could be switched. As a matter of fact I think Mem was running the opposite. The point is the stretching is a “prep” for the jelquing, it’s a separate exercise. When you do them about 12 hours apart, it keeps the tissues limber between not expecting the other.
2. It sounds like you should have stuck with the beginner routine and built up slowly from there. Gaining a half inch and then having it retract is hard…. I did that to myself years ago because I over-did the workouts. Your penis is a very sensitive thing, and it takes A LOT of time to graduate to advanced exercises…. Don’t think badly about it. Don’t move fast, right? Move Smooth, smooth is fast. Don’t overdo on a stretcher only because someone said to. Believe me, when you find the right groove and that deep ache is felt, you just know you’re in the zone. DO NOT OVER DO IT FROM THERE.
3. Sounds like you’re doing a 1 time per day thing. Try just breaking up that routine into two shorter routines, one in the morning, one at night. Try it.
4. Kegels should be done anytime you’re sitting… anywhere. You don’t need to do an actual routine for this, just kegel anytime youre in the car, or on the train or whatever it is that you do. Do 100 kegels and then do 100 long duration kegels… whateer. Just always be thinking when you’re sitting somewhere… shit,I could be doing some kegels right now….
5. In reference to your routine, I think that you are doing both a combination of too much, and not enough. I say that because it’s probably too much in some respects and not enough in other respects.
6. Don’t get your “post pump” numbers confused with actual numbers. After a routine, the penis can measure a bunch of different ways. I remember the first post=stretch time I hit 8.5” only to find it was only a post-stretch number and I was just over 8… not that I’m complaining, I’m just saying. Don’t get yourself pumped up on numbers that might not be real. Get pumped up on the overall gains. Sometimes they don’t present themselves as a number…

BTW, if you’rea 6.5 around the base… you have a serious stump to work on the ladies with. I wouldn’t be worried about performance there…

You should be focusing on length, but as I have posted in the past, I think there are two aspects to length: Stretch it out, then fill the void with volume. Don’t ONLY Stretch, I have found my best gains with stretching with moderate jelquing/inflation work….

Maybe I got everything? Maybe I didn’t…

Yeah when I took a break from my established routine and went back into it I had to build up from the newbie routine to get back into the 20 minute per exercise type thing. (Yes I am doing a 1 time per day thing.)

As for that 20 minute of 1 exercise immediately followed by 20 minutes of the next exercise etc., I think that splitting it up into 2 routines as you say may be a good idea but I’m still trying to work out the logic of why. I mean, I could do 20 minutes of stretching in the morning then 20 minutes of jelqing later at night, but why is this better than doing 20 minutes of stretching then immediately 20 minutes of jelqing I wonder?

The 12 hour separation thing… “it keeps the tissues limber between not expecting the other.” Not sure what that exactly means.

I read on another page on another site about 100 quick jells then 100 5 second jelqs than something like a whole 1 minute long jelq. So it may be worth doing similar to what you said.

Your point about number 5 sounds interesting but I’m not sure specifically what you mean when I’m not doing enough and at the same time doing too much?

Yeah I made sure not to get my length measurements confused with physical circumstance of my penis during the day. I basically would measure myself regularly whenever I was masturbating at any point in the day, and in different positions of when I layed down. Pretty much all the time I was hitting the measurements that I listed above.

It’s great having a 6 1/2 inch girth when erect. Some people today was telling me how satisfied I should be with my penis overall due to this. But I still want/need more length, and sometimes I wonder if the large girth holds me back from increasing length due to the volume I need to fill properly.

I wonder if sometimes during a jelq session, if I am over 80% erect and maybe even hit 100% erection for like 30 seconds, can this go against my penis length increase at the end of the day? (I admit it is a ton of fun watching porn for this 20 minutes jelqing and having Kenzie Reeves (theoretically) aiding my sexual health and performance!)

Also I am doing an ADS as well throughout my day and therefore would do so throughout all of these PE changes. So it should help things? I wonder if doing ADS with my current PE is aiding or going against penis length increase? Why it hasn’t pushed my penis into grater stress to create penis length increase then, I don’t know. In theory it should have as it is a new stress on the penis.

Oh I now also do 3 minutes of jelqing without heat just after my 20 minutes jelqing with heat, if that makes any difference.
