Hey all! Been thinking about this for a while as I’ve been researching ways to close the gap between BPFSL and BPEL.

I read in another forum about erect stretching that it would help to close this gap that most of us usually see. Specially for hangers and extenders, this is very common, myself included. In the last year I saw very good increase of flaccid stretches but minor gain in erect length.

Have any of you tried this? If so, how did that work for you?

I’m having a hard time gripping the penis while erect for a decent stretch force. Been thinking of stretching clamped or whistl vac hanger.

Erect stretching is a little dangerous. You can easily pick up an injury. Best ways I have found to convert BPFSL into BPEL is with jelqing. My two cents on the matter.

I have read it too. Its a pure speculation and in fact it makes no sense. Erect stretching has zero advantages because there is a lot of blood inside the CC and the length wise expansion is limited.
Also the tunica during an erection its less elastic and very hard to deform.

What New Chapter said makes sense. I believe that always will be a gap between BPFSL and BPEL. But a gain in BPFSL should translate into a BPEL gain. Maybe the delay is happening because there is a new space(new length gain) in CC and the body doesnt know how to fill it yet.
So some EQ improvement method like jelqs can really help and of course this proccess require time.

Adding an edging session to the end of your jelqing session also helps with cementing gains.

Well in my vague experience I found out that erect stretching focus a lot on the inner shaft and ligs.

I jelq too and EQ is very high lately, usually 9 or 10.

Well it is your dick at the end of the day, and what works for you won’t always work for others. I’m just telling you what worked for me. The fastest way I have gotten BPFSL to convert into BPEL was with jelq and edging.

I bought a Penimaster 3 weeks ago. I often get a full blown erection when I put it on. I usually get it to almost my flaccid limit when the erection occurs so I am erection stretching. It feels great and I think it’s especially improving my girth.

Interesting, the only way I am able to get a decent grip while erect is with the vac hanger, which is similar to the penimaster concept.

Wish I could remember who it was but I was talking to someone who swore by upwards erect kegel stretches. Basically while erect pull directly upwards (towards navel) while holding a hard kegel.

The kegel opposes the direction of the stretch so that the shaft is sort of under tension from both directions. Also, I would imagine that when you release the kegel the relaxation will allow you to stretch a little further. Sort of like splits training where you’ll get to your limit, tense your legs as hard as you can and relax, allowing you to drop a little deeper. Isometric stretching I think it is.

I’ve only tried it once or twice myself. If I remember who it was I’ll direct them here.
