Stupid refresh button.

sorry

"Debate the idea..."

Excellent work remek & iguana— thanks for the effort.

I’ll have to reread this a few times for it to fully upload.

Well done Remek and Iguana. I’m implementing the theory I started Saturday.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I just want to say to you guys a great THANK YOU. Whether your theory proves wrong or good, it is awesome of you to take the time and energy to explain it in detail, so that we can all benefit from it.

And I must say that it sounds promising and has logic to it.

Excellent!!! It worth every word! Thank you very much guys for your effort. Even if the theory is proven wrong over time, the work and the willing to share this with us is much appreciated. Although, I’m very optimistic with this theory; is makes a lot of sense. I am already thinking about some questions:

- In your opinion, what role pumping plays here? is it known to be a more tunica excercise; however, if you pump watching porn to keep you always stimulated, you will have an erection inside the tube, while your tunica is being stretched by force, and that means, the smooth muscle has more space to expand, and over time, to grow. Is like having a 15” tire, and you keep it expanded to 16”, the 15” inner tube will be free to expand an extra inch.

- The second question, I’m thinking about what could be the answer and the way to prove it would be discussing this with other “big” guys. In my case, my BPSFL is 9.25 and my BPEL is 8.75; the ratio is .5” We can say that my limiting factor is my smooth muscle; however, my EQ is 10; almost 100% of the time, after ejaculation my cock stays hard for over a minute; I get spontaneous painful hard erections every day, all day long; my morning woods are steel poles; according to that, we could say that my limiting factor is my Tunica. So I was wondering, maybe the bigger the penis, the ratio between BPSFL and BPEL has different consequences? We could compare it maybe with the same tire example: If you have a 10” tire with a 5” inner tube, it means a big gap between both and that translates into poor erections and no EL gain; However, if you have a 90” tire with an 85” inner tube, you still have the same gap, but in that massive tire that difference is insignificant; that tire will still be very hard on the outside, but no EL gains. Do I explain myself? Hope I make sense.

Thank you!!!!!

Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

Goal: 1' BPEL, 6.5" EG

I forgot to add that this will be a very long thread; Probably one of the longest the site has ever had; At least the theory is already proving thread length gain. LOL :)

Do you have any other studies?

That was rather my thought reading it. Relaxed muscle doesn’t press on anything; it’s relaxed. Blood creates erectile pressure; measure the blood pressure within an erection and it corresponds to the hardness of the erection.

I am also seriously struggling with the ‘gap’ theory, after many years of working with human tissue every day, it makes no sense to me at all.

It is a common thing to look for and find data to support a hypothesis, but it is equally important to try to find data to destroy ones own hypothesis, as a check that the hypothesis is correct, and so that someone else does not go and do it for you.

However, some of the ideas presented may help take the PE thought process in directions it hasn’t gone before, which can only be good.

Using PI’s not only as a guideline of over-training, but also in relation to which exercises most affect which PI’s seems a very worthwhile idea.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Warm up your dick the longer the warm up the greater the potential for gains. Why it increases blood flow. Help’s to fill in the gaps. If you ever had ED you can relate to the gap theory easy. A good portion of ED is blood flow related. You need smooth muscle to act a a conduit for blood flow. The more relaxed the smooth muscle greater the capacity for holding and pumping blood into the penis. So arterial dilation may also be the key to successful gains.

My question is is the tunica avascular.

If the relaxing of the smooth muscle doesn’t restrict the outflow of blood - what does? Is it a complex series of valves or the relaxing of smooth muscle? We know that restricting outflow (ie. clamping) gives bigger than normal, rock hard erections. The blood pressure relates to both the inflow rate as well as the outflow rate.

One more comment and question:

The difficulty in the erection rating is that it is affected by so many things- especially overtraining. I rarely get spontaneous full erections but usually my sex eq is pretty good if I haven’t overdone pe. So, it may be hard to tell if the tunica or muscle needs work.

One question, how does this relate to the thickening/toughening of the tunica? Do the length exercises (ie. stretching, low erection jelqing) not thicken the tunica or is the theory that only girth type exercises toughen the tunica and create the need for decon breaks?

I agree. During the work day and when I’m not with my gf, I rarely get raging hardons. But, when I’m with my gf (whether we are having sex or not), I get them all the time and they are rock hard.

One other thing, when we say we have overdone training and are “corded”, I always thought it was the tunica responding to too much stress. Perhaps it is the smooth muscle instead? If that is the case, a couple of days of decon should almost always be enough to recover.

We need Sparkyx to weigh in and try to see how this agrees/conflicts with his PI/BPFLS theory…

>If the relaxing of the smooth muscle doesn’t restrict the outflow of blood - what does?<

Vascular constriction. Smooth muscle relaxation aids inflow.

  3. When the smooth muscle is completely relaxed, it presses against the tunica and cuts off the veins that take blood out of your penis, as in figure 2.
  4. An erection occurs
So, when a penis is flaccid, the smooth muscle is contracted. When the penis is erect, the smooth muscle is completely relaxed and pushing on the tunica.[/LIST]

The smooth muscle presses the veins against the tunica to restrict outflow too?

Thanks Guys,

But what if erection quality is 6-7 and difference between BPEL and BPFSL is less than .5, .375 to be specific? That is my current situation.
