Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

Before last month, I did 5 months of clamping only. I had very hard erections and the difference between BPFSL and BPEL was about 0.2”.

After one month heavy manual stretching, my erections are not that hard (even taking Prelox to compensate it), my morning wood is sometimes not there and the relation of BPFSL and BPEL is 0.5”. I also gained 0.3” in length in just one month which was kind of a shock.

For me, this kind of proves the theory while my magic relation seem to be less than 0.5”. I think I will calculate it to 0.3” but I also noticed a difference when you measure. If I do a proper warm-up, the relation will likely be larger but now I did the BPFSL without.

I think I will stick to my plans and do 2 months of clamping (Mars + April) to see what comes out of that. Hopefully, I do not loose my recent fast gains and according to this theory, I should not! :)

I get completely conflicting messages with this method:

-Erections are usually 9 or 10 except after a heavy workout day
-BPFSL is now 7.125”
-BPEL is 6.6”

My EQ indicates I need one thing, my length ratios indicate another thing.
Any thoughts or advice?

Thanks!

This is a theory…but a good one. Perhaps your ratio is not 0.5” but 1”? Mine seem to be 0.3” so my best advice is to find your magic ratio and work from that.

Hi guys

Interesting informations here! Very useful

But one question: this theory explains the mechanisms of increasing lenght and erection hardness. And about GIRTH?

Start 11/23/2009: Bpel 7.5 (19cm) - Eg ?

Current 05/08/2010: Bpel 9 (23 cm) - Eg 5.7 (14.5 cm)

Goal: Bpel 9 (23cm) - Eg 6.5 (16cm)

This is an interesting theory.

My BPEL and BPFSL is 0.5” or less.

I often wonder if big gainers are usually on the larger ratio.. say 0.5”+ difference?

It does make sense that if you can stretch out your flaccid penis way longer than your erection, this means that tunica has little limiting force, so with girth work, it is easier to reach erection gain (to fill in the gap). Guys with little difference between BPEL and BPFSL, the goal is to stretch out tunica and everything in between. This is a much harder task to accomplish (and should take a lot longer time to achieve gains).

Anyone with low BPEL and BPFSL ratio has achieved quick gains.. say 1” in 6 months?

Notorious "Hardgainer". No Gain in 4 Years! Check out my "Blog" under Profile.

(starting: Jun 2007) 5.75" BPEL x 5" EG / (Sept 11, 2011) 6.375" BPEL x 5.125" EG / (July 1st, 2014) 6.25" BPEL x 5.125" EG (lost a bit of size)

I think that the bpel-bpfsl ratio of any newbie is quite short which is why bpfsl is often taken as a measurement for penis size studies.

On the other end of the spectrum, you can have the smooth muscle “limit” larger than the tunica “limit.” In this case:
  • The smooth muscle is at or approaching the maximum the tunica can hold.
  • So the smooth muscle is bulging into the tunica (think of it as pumping up a 15” inner tube inside a 14” tire).
  • This in turn causes the penis to be extremely firm and hard when you have an erection, or a “rock-solid” erection.
So, in an essence, if your goal is increased hardness, you’ll want your smooth muscle limit to be above your tunica limit. But if you’re looking for more gains, and your smooth muscle limit is above your tunica limit, you’ll need to focus your PE efforts on your tunica.

Has anyone ever noticed that the way this is written is incorrect? It says “the smooth muscle being the limit” in bold, then describes the tunica being the limiting factor. If the smooth muscle limit is larger than the tunica limit, the tunica is your limiting factor.

An observation: It seems if you focused only on length, you would continue to deform the tunica and increase BPFSL, and assuming you weren’t significantly deforming the smooth muscle, the gap between the 2 limits would become greater. This would lead to lower EQ and probably no BPEL gains, but you should still be increasing tunica length, which shows up in the BPFSL measurement. If you are gaining FSL but not EL, I think adding smooth muscle (girth) exercises would help close the gap. However, if you aren’t gaining EL or FSL, it’s more likely a problem with your routine because there’s no reason why the tunica would stop deforming simply because you don’t have enough smooth muscle.

Starting length: ~ 6” BPFSL (Mid ’06)

Current length: ~ 9.35” BPFSL (June 2020)

It should be easier to deform, actually, all other things being equal : less smooth muscle, less force absorbed by something else than TA (limiting factor).

I don’t think there is any need to augment smooth muscle even if TA incresases a lot; I figure CC like balloons, easy to be filled less or more with blood.

Hm, I’ve had this question in my head for a long time but this seems like the right place to ask it:
I get very rapid erections, morning and night woods and all, but I’ve had a 7-8-ish erection for a long time, even before doing PE. The other interesting thing is that if I do a kegel squeeze when erect I get around 9-9.5 (almost no way of bending the penis in any direction and increased hardness) and stay there for as long as I hold the kegel squeeze. It’s obvious why it happens like that, but after reading the thread I don’t know if it’s psychological as I’ve always thought (it might be worth mentioning that sometimes I have a nice hard 8.5-9 erection with just arousal) or a “problem” with the smooth muscles of the penis.
But then again, it has been like that even before I PE’d. On the other hand though the difference between my NBPEL and NBPFSL is AT LEAST 0.5”, more like 0.7” or so, so I guess there wouldn’t be any harm in trying to jelq with a 70-ish % erection (I’m a newbie, so I wouldn’t go for squeezes, Ulis, etc.).

P.S. What do you guys call a rock-hard erection. I mean, literally?
The thing I described as a 9-9.5 erection is very hard but it’s not hard as a rock; I mean, if I press or do OK squeeze somewhere on the shaft hard (the glans is not very hard ;( ) that spot, erm, how to say it, let’s just say that if I do an OK squeeze the place where I squeeze gets a few millimetres (dunno what inches are composed of) less girth, thus a few millimetres deeper. And by few I mean 1 or 2 at most, nothing like a 7-8 erection. And that is not a rock. A rock wouldn’t give in. :P
So it’s definitely not rock hard as you guys say, so is there such a thing? :)

RE-RE-Started (21.03.2024): 5.5" BPEL, 4.5" MSEG

Current: 5.5" BPEL, 4.7" MSEG

Current Goal: 6.6" BPEL, 5.3" MSEG -- Long Term Goal: 7.1" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG

Increasing blood pressure in the penis may help as well. I’ve read that arterial hypertrophy/hyperplasia is a common response to high blood pressure.

That is the post I was looking for, many thanks ModestoMan.

From what I’ve read it does seem like erections themselves promote smooth muscle growth as well.

Just read this thread, interesting to say the least.

Sounds a lot like my situation. Girth is very hard to achieve.

I got a 10 for EQ if ever there was one. BPFSL and BPEL and equal. I get no expansion if I clamp and seem to be thicker if I’m not quite at a EL of 10. I’ve noticed that I do get expansion at a 50% to 70% range.

Are you doctors remek & iguana?? Your theory is brilliant and very true! I was doing only girth work till I reached the point where my erections where at top but only girth increased and my length stayed the same.then I added some stretches and now my EQ dropped very low but my BPFSL is higher .. Now I want to focus on girth work again and see what happens.. I want both to heal my ED and validate your theory!! I ll keep you updated!

Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

If you need girth you have to jelq with some pressure at a higher erection level. Trust me. You have to man handle it. But not try to choke it. I like 60-85 percent. Jelq for like 40 minutes a night for a couple months. You will be thicker. Much thicker if your good. Obviously, you must jelq downward. Straight down, body hanging off the edge of a chair, is the best way to sit. I’m to the point where I just need length at this point, and if I want to later on, I can get even thicker. I’m doing JAI’s and V-s with a rice sock warm up every day or so. Started a week ago and plan on doing it until I get the results I need.

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

This is definitely an interresting theory. I will take my exact measurements and inform you all. I know for a fact my BPFSL is not that much longer than BPEL and I have been gaining fairly rapidly with mostly hanging and golf weights. My erections are at about an 9. Thanks for this!!!
