Hmm, this theory to me is quite interesting. When I get semi-erect I can kind of feel a gap between the shaft’s hard inner tube? I guess is the best way to describe it? And where my glands/head start. Lately, I have been noticing my EQ has gone down a bit and wasn’t sure why..
My history basically involves about 2-3 years PE experience but not nearly as consistent as I’d like. Honestly, I hadn’t done any PE for the last 9 months and my EQ has been declining. Basically, my girlfriend went overseas to study and with no gf, I didn’t really see the reason for doing PE. Nobody to use the gains on? Sigh. Anyways, I’m currently planning a trip in August to visit her and wanted to try to get my EQ back up so I’ve started jelqing again. Oddly, after my first jelq session, my EQ seems to have gone down a bit during sexy but resting flaccid length is up a tiny bit. Perhaps I overdid it my first few days back jelqing.
My original stats are basically:
BPEL - 5.0”
EQ - 10 outside or inside of sex. I recall getting frequent erections on the bus on the way to university just from some of the attractive young college bodies. (But I was in my early 20s and young guys are sprung)
BPFSL - didn’t measure
My all-time high from jelqing and stretching was:
BPEL - 6.2-6.4” ish (22-23 years old)
EQ - 8.5 - 9 outside of sex, 10 during sex.
My girth got a bit larger but I didn’t measure it. I’d say probably like 5.3”.
Current stats(after a 9 month break)
BPEL - 5.9” (24 years old)
BPFSL - Somewhere between 4.9” to 5.1” It depends a bit on how-hard I stretch. If I use the most force possible and try to relax as much as possible, I can kind of reach 5.3” (never measured this before until reading this theory)
EQ - 5 out side of sex, 7.0 during sex. It’s taking a bit longer to jump from the ‘somewhat hard’ to ‘mostly hard’ phase. I require more foreplay I guess or stimulation via porn, etc.
I’m guessing I’ve lost my BPEL because I didn’t work my smooth muscle during my break and muscle naturally atrophies with no exercise? So I guess I’ll need to start working my girth back so I can get my 5.3” flaccid stretched length more up to 5.7 to 5.8 ish. For the time being, I’ll try doing 70% girth exercises spending more time on Jelqing. I might try the hammer head jelq described up above a bit. Really though, I only know jelqing and have done the hammerhead before for girth. I don’t really know any other girth exercises but have recently started doing some minor very light-weight hanging for 15 min on, 10 minutes off(and warmup during off).
I wonder does hanging only increase length or will it help increase girth too? I see some hangers reporting some girth gains. If not, I guess I should stop hanging till I can get my smooth muscle built up?
