Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

No, not because your BPEL/BPFSL are close together, but because your EQ is poor. Think of it like this, if you had a tire that was slightly flat would you put more air in it? Or would you stretch the tire larger? You need more “air in your tire”, bigger, healthier smooth muscle. By focusing on your SM (and some lifestyle changes) you should be able to increase your EQ. THEN, you can move on to stretching out your tunica.

Make sense?

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

I didn’t think my EQ was poor though. I rated it below 9, but mainly due to lifestyle and fatigue. After a couple of days off I think I’m back to normal. Even during fatigue I’m able to have a solid erection, it’s just not as easy as when I’m on my off days.

Maybe I just rated my EQ wrong? I don’t really have any problems with it, but reading the description of what 9 and 10 should be, I’m definitely not like I was when I was 17ish. I’d see a nun walk by and I’d get wood ;)

Now I need to see a really hot pic of a chick or if a chick starts undressing and I’m withing 20 feet I go rock hard. I just assumed I’m what I should be at 30 (or close to anyway).

Well, If you are happy with your EQ and feel you are not having any problems there then I would work on trying to increase your BPFSL.

You could still work on improving your EQ through adopting a healthier lifestyle. Maybe add some supplements?

Well, my biggest problem is that I smoke. Horrible, horrible habit. Decreases bloodflow along with all kinds of other problems. DEFINITELY bad for my buddy. Besides that, I really don’t live unhealthily. I exercise and all the other stuff, but smoking is my Achilles heel.

Been working on quiting.

Hello Iguana & Remek, All I have to say is “wow” my head is smokin, there are so many pages of posts I stopped at five because it’s late, I’ll finish tomorrow. My question is, I’m a newbie, should I stick to to newbie routine for three months and try to get as much as possible out of that before trying this hypothesis? It makes sense to me for when you are bodybuilding they do what is called weak point training to isolate the muscles that lack behind the others.

Thanks for your efforts, I for one am a believer in your theory.

I know you didn’t ask me, but I’d suggest going with the newbie routine at the start. Most guys have newbie growth that later in your PE career, you’ll wish you could get again. Unless the newbie routine isn’t doing anything for you (unlikely, but possible) I’d suggest starting there for at least the first 3 months. If you’re still gaining at the end of those three months, well… if it’s not broke, don’t fix it :)

Thanks BlackHat, that’s what I thought, but this theory really makes alot of sense so when I’m done with my newbie gains I will definitely put this to the test.

Hope they are right.

I need some help and wonder if you guys would know what to do, bone pressed flaccid length is 7, but when erect it is 6.5. But on girth at 60% erect it is 5.25 and hard it is 5, and also I get 9 out of 10 erection level, so after reading the beginning of the thread, I thought it was the tunica, then reading further it was smooth muscle, I am kind of confused, anybody know what I should do, or any advice?

Thanks

Just do the newbie routine.

I am, I am just trying to get a better understanding. Just a little confused lol

So has anybody gained using this theory?

Sounds pretty logical

I see a lot of candidates when I read other threads of guys who are aggravated about a sudden loss of gains, and had suggested this thread to them, but I don’t know if anyone has put this to the “test” yet.

I will when I stop the newbie gains, but thats going to probably be a couple of more months.

I am waiting patiently for some result feedback myself.

The BPFSL vs. BPEL test indicates that my I need to focus on my tunica. I had some recent girth growth that was much faster and greater than any growth I’ve ever had since starting PE and during the period, I was doing some ADS (1-2 hours, not daily but close). Based on the experience of those using this theory, is it likely that stretching the tunica before clamping could improve lateral expansion from clamping?

I’ve started a thread about this in the Newbie Forum if you wish to respond there.

How do you guys measure your bpel and bpfsl? Because my bpel is larger when measuring while sitting instead of standing.
