Thats like doing a study on milk, and the effects of milk being good for you, how the calcium is good for you, how the protein is good for you, how it makes cows happy :) , and then the conclusion is don’t drink milk!
I would say that for girth T3, try this experiment that is USING the conclusions we came to. Try the CCs, but try them clamped at about 70%. You can use significant compressive force, ideally forcing the unloaded girth much wider than is normally possible. It makes use of the info here (I believe) and so far I am impressed with it.
Give it about a week and let me know what you think. Now, these don’t seem to be good for length, but for girth is seems to be the application of the conclusions this thread came to.
For length, I think Wantsmore stretches with ADS would be a good application. Actually ANY fulcrum-ed hanging or stretching where the leverage point is systematically moved is a good way to focus the stretch on a unloaded tunica and efficiently SPLAY THE FIBERS followed by ADS between stretching.
Using the IPR concept of charting gains and going into a ADS healing period as soon as gains slow or stop, followed by a decon break should round it off into a very effective approach.
