I have been using the JES extender since july-august and started with manual stretches and jelqing 4 weeks ago. Still I haven`t gained shit! Only flacid gains, but none while erect (I think). I don`t know how much PE that is enough. Currently I do manual stretches 10-15 min a day and jelq 20-30 min a day. I also try to use my ADS device as much as possible during the day at low tension.

Everyone in here seems to be gaining but me. I don`t know what to do. Perhaps I should to everything (manual stretch, jelqing, pumping, hanging, Uli`s, Clamping) and hope that something will work for me?

Does tunica gains take longer then ligaments gains? Could it be that ligament gains (similar to penis surgury?) effect flacid length but not erect so much? And tunica gains focus more on erect length? Should I focus more on tunica stretches then ligaments stretch?

I know newbie`s like me probably is a pain in the ass for some of you. But I just want to find something that works for me and then stick with it. Now it seems nothing works for me.

I would be glad if some other hardgainers would give me some advice!!

I tend to be very skeptical when talking about gains. Specially, about those miracle newbie gains. I read a someone’s thread long time ago questioning about those newbie gains and that made me think about it seriously. My thinking? newbie gains = mismeasurement. Although it’s possible to exist fast gainers, I don’t think they are frequent.

Anyway, that doesn’t interest us, right? Let’s get to the point.

Could you describe a little more detailed about your JES extender routine? Seems to me you don’t wear it more than 3 your per day. Do you also take some breaks? How about your sessions?

PE is still a mystical thing. There are some people who claim to get maximum results by wearing an extender for at least 12 hours per day. Others say that 6 is fine. Others would tell you to apply as much pressure as you support.

I think you should start to make a little self-research. Something like this:

What if
- increase the time
- apply more pressure
- join another exercise

It’s known that
- more pressure less time
- never overdo

Start to eliminate some variables as needed.

Give a 6 weeks to try them out.

if I have well understood, you started doing the newbie routine only 4 weeks ago: hoping for gains after this little time isn’t realistic, neither for a fast gainer.

And JES extender requires at least 4H/day use for about 4 months; but true measurable gains (about 1.5-3 cm) are obtained, on average, after 500-1000 HOURS of use!

So, it could be true that you are a slow gainer, but it’s soon for this concussion.

We should speak about your gains (or lack of them) in july 2008.

Makavelia, Rome was not built in a day.

Four weeks is still very early to start noticing concrete gains. Some people get an inch during that period others don’t.

Your program looks alright to me. I believe that gains will come, all you have to do is carry on P.Eing.

Personally, I am in for a better penile health and it is working great for me. If you are in here for the wrong reasons i.e want to gain a huge penis within a few months just to impress your sexual partner, you’ll be very disappointed. Some people took years to reach the 8” mark.

You are probably right. Im just wondering if I should focus on stretches that target the tunica rather then ligaments?

Ligs stretch far quicker than tunica. When guys report very quick newbie erect length gains, it is usually because they had tight ligs which have stretched quickly. Very often, this is what newbie gains are, and why it suddenly gets much harder to gain for some guys after the first few months.

Lig gains can also be lost quickly if you stop PE. And gained again quickly if you start again. Tunica gains take much longer to get, but the results are more permanent. You only get tunica gains from very consistent effort over a long period of time.

Lig gains usually give much better flaccid hang, but they also usually give some erect length gains too. Your lack of easy early gains suggests that your ligs were already fairly loose. Don’t quit because of lack of gains; the best gains are tunica gains, and you should get those if you stick with PE consistently over time.

‘Lig gains’ don’t exist in my opinion. That doesn’t mean stretches etc thought of as ‘lig’ exercises are useless; I think I made some (tunicae) gains from downward stretching.

Can someone give me a quick and solid definition of tunica gains please?

The tunica is a thick fibrous covering which surrounds the chambers of the penis and limits the amount the chambers can expand in both length and girth when the chambers fill with blood. It is very resistant to stretching, but with a consistent PE routine will adapt to allow greater length and girth expansion over time. By ‘tiring’ the connective tissue, or by applying heat, or both, the tunica can be encouraged to expand a little more than usual. Over time the tissues of the tunica adapt and the expansion becomes permanent.

Makavelia, I own the Jes-Extender myself. I got it at the beginning of the month and have been wearing it for almost everyday. Have you tried wearing the device for 12 hours a day? According to the instruction manual, a lot of people gained 1 inch in about 3 months after wearing it daily for 12 hours. You mentioned that you wear it at a low tension. The tension on the Jes-Extender should be increased every 3 weeks. Try increasing the tension on it and see if the gains come any faster.

A tunica gain is simply a gain that causes the tunica to be able to expand more than before. Girth gains (volumetric), for example, is an example of a tunica gain.
