Has anyone made gains with PE 1-2 days a week?

I’m very interested in finding out if anyone has made decent gains with a routine for only one or two days a week. I did a search of the forums but didn’t come up with much, If anyone could point me at some links, that would be great.

I did, with 3-4 days a week, the newbie gains.

Are you a bit lazy paulski?

Me.

I made ALL my gains in my first 5 months by doing PE once or twice a week. 3 times at most.

0.75” x 0.25” for 2-3 days a week isnt bad is it?

But just because it worked for me, doesnt mean it will for you. Everyone has a “perfect routine” to gain from, you just have to find it.

Some need to PE daily to gain, others dont. Theres only one way to find out….

It just makes sense to me. Why do more than you have to? I found that with body building one muscle group per week was all I need to get results. Now I know the penis is not a muscle and you can’t draw too many parallels between PE and bodybuilding but my theory is that 1-2 high intensity sessions a week will get gains (i.e. less is more). I’ve never been one to just follow the conventional approach to anything. I’m always looking for better ways. So I’m going to try it until June to see how I go. If I don’t get results this way I’ll add more days.

At my first PE attempt, I gained about half an inch in length and a quarter in girth in 5 months from about 3 or 4 days a week at low intensity, I’m gonna go every day this week at a high intensity and blast my penis to hell and back hoping to get to 7.75” by March.

NBP flaccid: 5.5 x 4.5

Shvier and I have both made gains following a 1 day on, 2 days off schedule.


Started: 2/03, Finished: 5/06, Total Gains: 1.375” BPEL 1.5” EG, Details: Progress after a year or longer off?

Just offering my two cents. Deepest apologies for any offence I may have caused you. No injuries yet. By high intensity I mean my usual routine 2 or maybe even 3 times a day interspersed with a reasonable break, not just one mother routine, so injury is far less likely.

No offence taken…if it seemed that way its because I was getting annoyed with seeing repeat threads in the newbie forum (:

Your usual routine 3 times a day still sounds too much…

My routine today involved a 10 minute clamp with my morning wood, then about an hour ago I did 9x1 minute stretches (up/left, up, up/right, left, forward, right, down/left, down/right, straight down) then a few rotaries. After this I did 400 wet jelqs.

Before I go to bed I plan to do another set of 9x1 minute stretches, 5 mins of “DLD bundled blasters” I got off matters of size, and probably a bit more of a clamp after.

I think that should be safe enough.

P.S. I try to avoid the newbie forum, there is nothing generally new in there, just “what should I do for more length/girth?”, “is this small/big?”, and “does this work?”

I did more masturbating than PE in the last 30 years paulski, but I have found that PEing several days a week has more effect for gains than only PEing a couple of times a week like I used to do.
