My routine today involved a 10 minute clamp with my morning wood, then about an hour ago I did 9x1 minute stretches (up/left, up, up/right, left, forward, right, down/left, down/right, straight down) then a few rotaries. After this I did 400 wet jelqs.
Before I go to bed I plan to do another set of 9x1 minute stretches, 5 mins of “DLD bundled blasters” I got off matters of size, and probably a bit more of a clamp after.
I think that should be safe enough.
P.S. I try to avoid the newbie forum, there is nothing generally new in there, just “what should I do for more length/girth?”, “is this small/big?”, and “does this work?”
