Holding kegels vs. short burst kegels

Was wondering what is the better way to go about doing kegels. If I repeatedly do a bunch of short kegels it seems that I tire easier to the point of not being able to do them. If hold the kegels for 5 seconds and then take 5 off and repeat I can keep going and going. My question is one better than the other? Does it really matter which one you do? An inquiring mind wanted to know.


Start: 6.5 BP x 5.25

Current: 7 BP x 5.25

Short term goal: 7.5 BP x 5.5 Long term goal: 8 NBP x 6

Just like any other exercise, the best results come from a variety of movement. So, if you can think of 5 different ways to do a kegel, do them all.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
