Horse 440 Squeezes

All of you are getting very good results, but I don’t. I don’t get expansion after performing a squeeze, even if the head is full of blood. Should I press with two fingers to get the blood to the shaft, as an alternative method?

You can try squeezing the glans with 4-5 fingers of the non-tourniquet hand.

I found a good way to do. The conclusion is relative, because of doing it for several days, but it gives good expansion and pressure, no pain.

My technique is quite different. I do it with about 60-80% erection, which helps me avoid too extreme pressure and it’s enough to feel it works (for now).

There is a minor problem with “jelqing” the head, but I think it’s a matter of experience. Every Horse is done better with constant injury-free pressure and expansion.

Priority is not to injure.

I know most of us will find out how Horses works on the shaft. Be careful, listen to your bodies and be patient.

You squeeze your head.. several times or one long squeeze?? ..with your other hand holding the base..
Is it like the compressor exercise?

The squeezing technique is not mine. It is explained earlier in this thread how to do it. I do original horses except erect level- mine is 60-80%.

Just use your hand and squeeze the whole head, easy as that, I don’t slide it down the head I just squeeze. How much hand one uses depends on how much head ones got.

Reverse Jelqs

I was curious as to whether anyone does reverse jelqs, and if they found it effective?

I tried this today for the first time.
It gave me a massive pump and after my workout I had the tiny red spots like I got when I first started.

My flaccid size has been pumped all day.

So i tried this for the first time today.

I had problems when I should make the little OK and slide down my head, the head was still very expanded when I had slide my OK sign below the head.
The question, wouldn’t it be as good to just squeeze the head??? The principle is the same, to press blood from the head down to the shaft.

Anyone had results doing a “horse” this way?

Yeah that works a lot better. Try just pinching too, maybe with 2 fingers and a thumb, sideways squeezing seems to hit the CS less.

I realize that this is an old thread, but I had to respond. If necessary I will post it as a current thread

I do squeezes as describes by SlimJim. I have done them for some time now. I like the way they make my unit feel at the time I am doing them as well as the residual effect.


Stats:

08-12-2014 BPEL 8.875, EGMS 6.6, EGB 7.25, EW 2.101, EV 30.331, FL 6.75, FG 5.6, Glans Girth 6.5p

What he’s describing here is very much a Sadsak’s Head Exercise variant (an exercise which existed before this forum, which is saying something). I always used to do these as near the base as possible, still with a kegel though to maximise plumping, mainly because I didn’t want to end up with a baseball bat effect. With a well trained BC and a few flexes and releases you can get close to the pressure of moving up the shaft. It’s a good squeeze and I think has less chance of injury than a Horse440 squeeze.

Couple questions;

1. What erection level are people doing these with?
2. Is using a 110% erection a bad idea here? Could vessels pop or other bad things happen?
3. Is an overhand grip best so you can get lower on the penis base?
