Hey guys Can somebody comment on my routine
I do about a 5-10 minute stretching warm up followed by 2-5 minute helicopters
Than I get erect and do 3 erect squeezes followed by either 20 pumps or 20 jelqs
Than I do 2-3 horse440’s followed by the same thing (either or)
Than for 2-5 minutes I wrap a small HOT face cloth around my unit.is this a good w/o anything I should be doing longer/shorter.maybe add a w/o or two?
If anybody has suggestions I would be thankful if you posted
