Newbie: someone who has never jelqed. Id recommend 1 month of jelqing before you do this, as the jelqing kinda toughens up your dick so to speak.
I started this exercise at 4.5 inches in girth, i’m now 5.5 in girth with about 0.75 in length gain. I’ve been peing awhile on and off though, but this is the only exercise that gives you substantial girth gains right off the bat, I gained 0.25 in girth in the first 2 weeks. Its the only exercise that gives you length gains as well, atleast for me. Achieved this in 3-4 months.
Just a few things:
- squeezing your head is gonna do absolutely shit.
- i never jelq before or inbetween. I dont jelq period. Jelqing does not do any PE its more of a forearm enlargement exercise.
- you do not need to be a certain size beforehand. whoever said that was making shit up.
The best gains i’ve gotten happened when my dick was actually enlarged a bit ie swollen. Having said that I usually go for 1 day of intense squeezes like 25-30 squeezes in 1 session till by dick is purpleish or if your beginning there are red dots everywhere. Afterwards I take a few days off.
With this exercise you see gradual results, as in 0.2-0.3 inch gain in girth every 1-2 weeks unlike jelqing or other junk i’ve tried where they tell you to jelq for 8 months for 0.2 inch gain lol.
The reason i do it like this is that doing the 10 sets of 10 at the beginning was good, after the red dots disappeared it wasn’t as effective. Think of it as bodybuilding because thats the exact approach i did and worked so fucking well
