Horse 440 Squeezes

I was just wondering about doing this exercise, I am gaining in length but loosing in girth. Will this help regain the girth I had?


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

Wow guys if you havent tried the horse 440 it’s awesome dudes dick swelled like crazy, my f—-k buddy loved it didnt even know that I was doing this awesome

I definitely have trouble milking the head back to behind the head. It doesn’t work for me. It’s like the angle/shape of my head makes it near impossible. It just doesn’t work. Any ideas?

I also can not milk head. When I try it it seems like I am just ‘pushing’ my head down into penis which makes it shorter. I am not sure if this should work this way. Can I just ‘squeeze’ the head so the blood is ‘pushed’ into penis?

Sorry I didn’t see your question:) It’s one of my favorite girth exercises it helped me gain girth.

I wonder the same thing..

Im only at 4.9length and 4.5girth. When I try to push the 100% bloodfilled head, it only compresses my dick to shorter… Should it be like this`Am i not hard enough?

I think this is one of those exercises where a video would be absolutely key

Do I really have to jelq about 20 times as a warmup before doing these?

I woked up today with a morning woody and tried this. I definately felt a bunch of blood moving around my penis!!! It was like it was being balooned…Haha it gives me even more confidence that IT WILL WORK!

Are these alone enough for some girth gains ?

I see this classic thread came up again. I just advise anyone new to this excersize to really try to condition themselves with some routine like the newbie routine before attempting this PE girth excersize. I beleive I thrombosed a small vein on the ventral (bottom) side of my dick which still has not gone away completely for months because of this excerisze. The funny thing is I can handle this excersize now and I do clamping regurally now and have made some girth gains. Just be warned newbs if you don’t have the conditioning (and I suspect the needed girth (> 5”) for this exersize) if you want a smooth ride in PE without any complications/injurys.

Why do you say it requires >5” girth?

I have PE:d about 4months in total from april, last 1½ month very consistently…

Yet I have not gained a thing; does this make me a newbie to avoid these?
Meaning, the fact I haven’t gained anything makes me a newb???
